Uma semana inteira de treinamento em<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/cursosonline\/mod\/book\/view.php?id=70&amp;chapterid=38\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">Auditoria Cont\u00e1bil Tribut\u00e1ria do ICMS<\/span><\/a><\/strong>, para duas turmas altamente participativas, um total de trinta auditores fiscais da SEFAZ Rio Grande do Sul.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A auditoria cont\u00e1bil tribut\u00e1ria \u00e9 um relevante instrumento que possibilita de forma efetiva a apura\u00e7\u00e3o de fraudes cont\u00e1beis tribut\u00e1rias. O cometimento destas fraudes repercutem de forma direta na correta determina\u00e7\u00e3o da base de c\u00e1lculo dos tributos, em raz\u00e3o da oculta\u00e7\u00e3o, posterga\u00e7\u00e3o ou redu\u00e7\u00e3o do fato gerador, dentre outras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O objetivo do curso foi demonstrar a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da Escritura\u00e7\u00e3o Cont\u00e1bil Digital (ECD) para identificar fraudes cont\u00e1beis com repercuss\u00e3o no ICMS, considerando os impactos na escritura\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00e1bil e na condu\u00e7\u00e3o dos trabalhos de auditoria fiscal-cont\u00e1bil,\u00a0e as respectivas t\u00e9cnicas de auditoria cont\u00e1bil aplic\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante os cursos os participantes tiveram acesso a estudos de casos pr\u00e1ticos, an\u00e1lise de casos reais, discuss\u00e3o sobre jurisprud\u00eancias nos tribunais administrativos no \u00e2mbito estadual e federal e tamb\u00e9m jurisprud\u00eancias de autua\u00e7\u00f5es de natureza cont\u00e1bil que foram levados ao judici\u00e1rio estadual e federal.
