\tApesar da contabilidade dos dias de hoje ser informatizada, existem algumas ocasiões onde o processo de cálculo ainda é manual. Uma dessas situações são os exercícios, e provas, que os alunos fazem em sala de aula.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t <\/p>\n

\tUm dos problemas nestas situações são os erros ocorridos no processo de fechamento do balanço. Ou seja, o total dos débitos não é igual ao total dos créditos. Existem algumas dicas que podem ajudar a encontrar facilmente esses erros. Vamos explicar isto através de um exemplo simples. Observe o balancente de verificação abaixo:<\/span><\/span>
\t <\/p>\n

\t\t<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t\t <\/p>\n

\t\tO balancete apresentado mostra um total de débito de 74 mil e um total de crédito de 65 mil. O primeiro passo para achar onde foi cometido o erro é calcular a diferença. Neste caso, o valor é de R$9 mil. Se esta diferença for um número divisível por nove, existe grande chance de o erro ser de transposição. Em outras palavras, ao copiarmos o valor dos razonetes para o balancete de verificação trocamos os valores. Assim, em lugar de R$12 mil, colocamos R$21 mil, por exemplo. Mas neste caso, se o erro tivesse sido cometido na conta Bancos, isto aumentaria o total de débitos; então, podemos descartar o erro de transposição na conta Bancos. Mas se aconteceu em Terrenos, ou seja, em lugar de escrever R$45 mil escrevemos R$54 mil, a diferença é de R$9 mil. Ou seja, o erro pode ter sido cometido nesta conta.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t\t <\/p>\n

\t\tOutra dica é olhar atentamente o valor da diferença entre o total do débito e o total do crédito. Observe que no exemplo este montante é de R$9 mil. Como a diferença corresponde a um número divisível por mil, a troca ocorreu em números consecutivos. No exemplo, entre 5 e 4. Mas imagine agora que o balancete seja o seguinte:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t\t<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t\t <\/p>\n

\t\t(Propositalmente corrigimos o erro em terrenos e acrescentamos um erro em receitas). A diferença entre o total de débitos e o total de créditos é de R$36 mil. Como este valor é divisível por nove, o erro foi de transposição. Observe que 36 dividido por 9 é igual a 4. Matemática elementar. Mas o “4” indica que a transposição ocorreu entre dois números cuja diferença aritmética é “4”: 1 e 5; 2 e 6; 3 e 7; 4 e 8; e 5 e 9. Neste caso, entre 1 e 5; isto significa dizer que o erro de transposição ocorreu em receitas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t\t <\/p>\n

\t\tUm segundo tipo de erro é considerar uma conta devedora como credora e vice-versa. Observe a figura abaixo:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t\t <\/p>\n

\t\tA diferença é de 42 mil. Como este valor não é divisível por nove, não temos um erro de transposição. A próxima etapa é dividir esta diferença por dois: chegamos a um valor de R$21 mil. Observe que na figura existe uma conta com este valor: fornecedores. Olhando com mais atenção notamos que o valor está na coluna do débito, quando deveria estar no crédito. Basta fazer a correção.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t\t <\/p>\n

\t\tOutro erro é esquecer alguma conta. Veja a nova figura:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t\t<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t\t <\/p>\n

\t\tA diferença é de doze mil reais. Este valor não é divisível por nove e portanto não existe um erro de transposição. Dividindo o valor por dois, encontramos seis mil. Como não existe nenhuma conta com este valor, podemos concluir que não existiu uma troca de coluna. A explicação seria a falta de um item no balancete: no exemplo, a conta Bancos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t\t <\/p>\n

\t\tEstas dicas funcionam razoavelmente bem quando não cometemos muitos erros. Caso o nosso balancete possua muitos problemas, recomendamos que estude novamente, para que da próxima vez seja cometido, no máximo, um erro.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
