\tAuditoria e responsáveis técnicos foram acusados de falhas ao monitorar fundos Cruzeiro do Sul Verax <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t <\/p>\n

\tA KPMG e dois de seus funcionários fizeram proposta de pagar à Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM) R$ 1 milhão para encerrar um processo. A auditoria paga R$ 400 mil e os responsáveis técnicos Ricardo Anhesini Souza e Silbert Christo Sasdelli Júnior desembolsarão R$ 300 mil cada.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\tTanto a auditoria, quanto os responsáveis, foram acusados de falhas de monitoramento em relação a fundos Banco Cruzeiro do Sul Verax. No primeiro caso, KPMG e Souza não teriam descoberto, nem destacado nas notas explicativas do fundo FIDC BCSUL Verax Multicred Financeiro, que o Cruzeiro do Sul oferecia taxas de desconto mais baixas que as do mercado.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\tDepois, a KPMG e Sasdelli Júnior foram acusados de não fazer ressalva sobre um reconhecimento impróprio de resultado em operações feitas dentro do próprio grupo, nas demonstrações financeiras do fundo aberto BCSUL Verax CPP 120.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\tO termo de compromisso foi aprovado em reunião do colegiado da CVM de 22 de março, mesma data em que foi definido o pagamento de Luiz Fernando Furlan<\/font> no caso Sadia.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\tNa mesma data, mais duas propostas envolvendo bancos foram aprovadas. Em uma delas, o Banco J. Safra e um administrador de carteiras da instituição financeira vão pagar um total de R$ 220 mil. O banco pagará R$ 120 mil, e Carlos Alberto Torres de Melo Junior (diretor responsável pela administração de carteira de valores mobiliários do banco à época dos fatos) vai desembolsar R$ 100 mil.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\tEles foram investigados por deficiências na qualidade e na transparência das informações da convocação para a assembleia e do resumo das decisões tomadas nas correspondências enviadas aos cotistas do Safra Multicarteira Conservador – Fundo de Investimento Multimercado. No acordo, também apresentaram proposta de corrigir a irregularidade detectada, por meio do envio de comunicação aos cotistas do fundo incorporado, dando-lhes oportunidade de resgatar suas aplicações sem pagamento da taxa de saída.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t <\/p>\n

\tNo último caso, Itaú Unibanco e seu diretor Luiz Eduardo Zago apresentaram proposta conjunta de pagamento à CVM no valor de R$ 50 mil. Eles foram acusados de não terem informado à CVM sobre a celebração de contrato de prestação de serviços de agente autônomo de investimento com a BI Agentes de Investimentos Ltda.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t <\/p>\n

\tPelo mesmo motivo e envolvendo o mesmo contrato, Banif Banco de Investimento Brasil e Paulo César Rodrigues Pinho da Silva apresentaram proposta conjunta de pagamento à CVM, também no valor de R$ 50 mil.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
