O SPED \u00e9 um sistema p\u00fablico, gratuito,\u00a0que fornece ampla publicidade e transpar\u00eancia, por meio de acesso r\u00e1pido e f\u00e1cil via internet.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">A consulta no sistema pode ser feita de forma simples atrav\u00e9s de par\u00e2metros como o n\u00famero do CNPJ ou o nome empresarial, ano e tipo de publica\u00e7\u00e3o, em uma base de dados unificada nacional, dispon\u00edvel a qualquer cidad\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">A nova norma altera a Portaria n\u00ba 12.071\/2021, que regulamentou a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o das publica\u00e7\u00f5es obrigat\u00f3rias no SPED.
