O contrato vale para 2011 e 2012 e pode ser prorrogado por mais tr&ecirc;s anos. Assim, a Deloitte perde mais um cliente, depois de ter ficado sem a conta do Banco Pine e da rede de laborat&oacute;rios Fleury.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> \t<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Al&eacute;m da Deloitte, entraram na disputa KPMG e BDO &#8211; agora juntas &#8211; e UHY Moreira. As tr&ecirc;s &uacute;ltimas foram desclassificadas com o argumento de falha na entrega de documentos previstos no edital.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> \t<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">A Deloitte ficou de fora porque o Banrisul incluiu na concorr&ecirc;ncia uma cl&aacute;usula em que dizia querer cumprir o rod&iacute;zio de auditoria previsto pela Comiss&atilde;o de Valores Mobili&aacute;rios (CVM), que exige a troca da firma de auditoria a cada cinco anos. Por conta das mudan&ccedil;as dos padr&otilde;es cont&aacute;beis, a obrigatoriedade de se seguir esse dispositivo foi adiada para 2012. J&aacute; os bancos foram totalmente liberados da troca pelo Banco Central.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> \t<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">O servi&ccedil;o ser&aacute; prestado por R$ 550 mil, ante o valor de R$ 993 mil pago &agrave; Deloitte em 2009. O banco previa pagar at&eacute; R$ 1,27 milh&atilde;o pelos servi&ccedil;os.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> \t<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">O processo de concorr&ecirc;ncia foi iniciado em meados do ano passado, antes de vir a p&uacute;blico o esc&acirc;ndalo do banco PanAmericano, do qual a Deloitte &eacute;
