\tAplicativo a ser utilizado para gerar arquivos digitais “SINTEGRA”, com leiaute definido na Parte 2 do Anexo VII do RICMS\/MG<\/font><\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

\t <\/p>\n

\tO GAD tem como principal objetivo atender aos contribuintes com recursos de informática insuficientes para geração dos arquivos texto (“TXT”) – SINTEGRA, que espelhem sua escrita fiscal, com a totalidade das operações de entrada e de saída de mercadorias ou bens e das aquisições e prestações de serviços realizadas no período de apuração, contendo o registro fiscal dos documentos recebidos e emitidos, conforme padronização prevista no Convênio ICMS 57\/95<\/font><\/a> e atualizações. Este aplicativo possibilita aos pequenos contribuintes, não usuários de Emissor de Cupom Fiscal (ECF), digitar os documentos fiscais autorizados pelo Estado, bem como importar os arquivos XML das Notas Fiscais Eletrônicas (NF-e) de emissão própria para posterior geração do arquivo texto (“TXT”) – “SINTEGRA”.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

\t <\/p>\n

\tA Secretaria de Estado de Fazenda de Minas Gerais (SEF\/MG) promoveu o desenvolvimento deste software em razão da demanda de contribuintes que não eram usuários de PED que se tornaram obrigados à geração do arquivo “SINTEGRA” devido à emissão de NFe, nos termos do §1º da Cláusula segunda do Ajuste SINIEF 07\/05<\/font><\/a> – redação conforme Ajuste SINIEF 11\/08<\/font><\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

\t <\/p>\n

\tO arquivo eletrônico (TXT) gerado pelo GAD deverá ser validado pelo Validador SINTEGRA Nacional<\/a> e transmitido para a SEF\/MG através do aplicativo Transmissor eletrônico de Documentos – TED<\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n
