Mas o que pouca gente sabe &eacute; que o maior s&iacute;mbolo do Imposto de Renda era na verdade um pacato le&atilde;o argentino, emprestado de um circo mambembe para ser estrela de um comercial da Receita Federal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\">At&eacute; o fim da d&eacute;cada de 1970, quem metia medo e dava a cara na hora de tributar os brasileiros era o ministro da Fazenda, com o aux&iacute;lio do secret&aacute;rio nacional da Receita Federal (RFB).<\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Em 1979, o governo abriu uma licita&ccedil;&atilde;o entre as ag&ecirc;ncias de propaganda para divulgar o exerc&iacute;cio do Imposto de Renda do ano seguinte. O objetivo era mostrar que a Receita estava investindo em tecnologia e que chegaria ao ponto de checar individualmente a declara&ccedil;&atilde;o de qualquer cidad&atilde;o. &ldquo;A ideia foi criar uma met&aacute;fora para deixar bem claro que, se o contribuinte declarasse tudo direitinho, n&atilde;o haveria nenhum problema, mas, se tentasse enganar o fisco, a&iacute; sim as coisas se complicariam&rdquo;, conta o publicit&aacute;rio Neil Ferreira, respons&aacute;vel pelo projeto na ag&ecirc;ncia DPZ. A ideia foi sintetizada pela figura do le&atilde;o. &ldquo;O le&atilde;o &eacute; um animal nobre, que imp&otilde;e respeito e demonstra sua for&ccedil;a pela sua simples sua presen&ccedil;a. Al&eacute;m disso, ningu&eacute;m consegue enganar o le&atilde;o&rdquo;, explica o publicit&aacute;rio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\">(&#8230;)<\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\">A campanha do Le&atilde;o da Receita ficou no ar por dez anos, at&eacute; ser suspensa pelo ent&atilde;o ministro da Fazenda Dilson Funaro. Ao todo foram feitos 38 filmes, alguns deles reconhecidos pelos mais importantes pr&ecirc;mios internacionais de publicidade. &ldquo;Na &eacute;poca n&atilde;o imaginava o sucesso que a campanha teria e de que haveria uma associa&ccedil;&atilde;o t&atilde;o forte do le&atilde;o com o Imposto de Renda. &Eacute; muito engra&ccedil;ado, mas n&atilde;o conhe&ccedil;o nenhum outro trabalho publicit&aacute;rio que tenha ido parar nos dicion&aacute;rios&rdquo;, diz Ferreira.
