Pelo padr&atilde;o internacional IFRS, as empresas costumam reconhecer as vendas de uma s&oacute; vez, no momento da entrega das chaves dos im&oacute;veis para os propriet&aacute;rios.<\/font><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', 'serif'\"><font face=\"Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">A Rodobens optou por seguir a vers&atilde;o brasileira do IFRS, que permite &agrave;s empresas do setor reconhecer as receitas de vendas de im&oacute;veis de acordo com o andamento das obras.<\/font><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', 'serif'\"><font face=\"Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">Conforme adiantou reportagem do Valor na semana passada, o auditor da Rodobens, a Deloitte, faz um alerta no parecer de que as demonstra&ccedil;&otilde;es financeiras da empresa preparadas de acordo com o IFRS consideram a Orienta&ccedil;&atilde;o OCPC 04 editada pelo Comit&ecirc; de Pronunciamentos Cont&aacute;beis. A orienta&ccedil;&atilde;o permite o conhecimento das receitas de im&oacute;veis na planta, o que pode ser feito de acordo com o andamento das obras.<\/font><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', 'serif'\"><font face=\"Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">No alerta &#8211; conhecido pelo nome t&eacute;cnico de &ecirc;nfase -, o auditor ressalta que o assunto ainda est&aacute; em debate no International Financial Reporting Interpretation Committee (Ifric).<\/font><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', 'serif'\"><font face=\"Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">&quot;Os resultados dessa an&aacute;lise podem fazer com que as incorporadoras imobili&aacute;rias tenham que revisar suas pr&aacute;ticas cont&aacute;beis relacionadas ao reconhecimento de receitas&quot;, diz a Deloitte.<\/font><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', 'serif'\"><font face=\"Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">A Rodobens havia adiado a apresenta&ccedil;&atilde;o dos seus n&uacute;meros do dia 3 de fevereiro para ontem, &agrave; espera de um pronunciamento oficial da Comiss&atilde;o de Valores Mobili&aacute;rios (CVM) que ratificasse a ado&ccedil;&atilde;o da vers&atilde;o brasileira do IFRS.<\/font><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', 'serif'\"><font face=\"Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">O pronunciamento veio por meio da reedi&ccedil;&atilde;o de um of&iacute;cio no meio da semana passada.<\/font><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', 'serif'\"><font face=\"Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">No balan&ccedil;o, a Rodobens divulga que a receita l&iacute;quida registrada em 2010 foi de R$ 705,1 milh&otilde;es, o que representa um crescimento de 51% sobre o valor verificado no ano anterior, que foi de R$ 466,3 milh&otilde;es.
