A plataforma online, que come\u00e7ou a funcionar nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (7), trar\u00e1 benef\u00edcios para os mais de 100 milh\u00f5es de usu\u00e1rios que usam o servi\u00e7o anualmente, segundo um levantamento da\u00a0CNN.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>O projeto teve sua concep\u00e7\u00e3o inicial em meados de 2020, por conta da necessidade do\u00a0isolamento social\u00a0e da digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos projetos, causados pela pandemia de Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>O reconhecimento de firma \u00e9 o procedimento que atesta a autoria da assinatura em um documento. O certificado \u00e9 utilizado, por exemplo, na compra de im\u00f3veis e autom\u00f3veis.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0\u00a0CNN, a presidente do Conselho Federal do Col\u00e9gio Notarial do Brasil (CNB\/CF), Giselle Oliveira de Barros afirmou que a digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o trar\u00e1 <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">\u201ccomodidade e agilidade\u201d<\/span> para os brasileiros.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">\u201cCom este lan\u00e7amento completamos a migra\u00e7\u00e3o de 100% dos atos notariais para o meio digital, podendo, a partir de agora, o cidad\u00e3o escolher entre ir a um Cart\u00f3rio de Notas ou ent\u00e3o fazer o servi\u00e7o de forma eletr\u00f4nica. Trata-se de uma facilidade enorme para os usu\u00e1rios, que ganham em comodidade e agilidade\u201d<\/span>, destaca Giselle de Barros.<\/p>\n<p>A medida trar\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m benef\u00edcios ambientais, j\u00e1 que a medida pode restringir a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de milh\u00f5es de folhas de papel no pa\u00eds. Segundo ambientalistas ouvidos pela\u00a0CNN, a economia desse volume de pap\u00e9is significa a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o de pelo menos 100 \u00e1rvores por ano, apenas com a digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do reconhecimento de firma.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">\u201cEstamos falando dessa quantidade de \u00e1rvores somente olhando para um servi\u00e7o espec\u00edfico. O n\u00famero \u00e9 muito maior se a gente contar os processos em geral, que est\u00e3o sendo progressivamente digitalizados. Felizmente hoje voc\u00ea pode acessar os processos via digitais. O papel nunca vai deixar de existir, mas a parte digital tem aspectos muito positivos\u201d<\/span>, afirma Mario Moscatelli, ambientalista e pesquisador.<\/p>\n<p>A digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do reconhecimento de firma faz parte de um processo de moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o feita pelos cart\u00f3rios brasileiros.
