No PGE do Sped Cont\u00e1bil, com o arquivo da ECD j\u00e1 importado no programa, clique, no menu interno, em &#8220;Escritura\u00e7\u00e3o\/Exportar Arquivo&#8221; e escolha um diret\u00f3rio para salvar o arquivo exportado. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Caso j\u00e1 possua o arquivo da ECD em formato .txt, n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio executar este procedimento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2. Abra o programa Excel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3. Selecione, no menu, &#8220;Arquivos\/Abrir&#8221; e &#8220;Procurar&#8221;. Na janela &#8220;Abrir&#8221;, mude a op\u00e7\u00e3o do list box de &#8220;Todos os arquivos Excel&#8221; para &#8220;Todos os arquivos&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4. Procure o diret\u00f3rio do arquivo .txt da ECD, selecione o arquivo e clique em &#8220;Abrir&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5. Excel abrir\u00e1 uma janela, chamada &#8220;Assistente de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o de Texto &#8211; etapa 1 de 3&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nessa primeira etapa, selecione a op\u00e7\u00e3o &#8220;Delimitado&#8221;, conforme abaixo, e clique em &#8220;Avan\u00e7ar&#8221;:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-10434 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Figura-35-Excel-\u2013-Tela-de-Importacao-\u2013-Etapa-1-de-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"455\" height=\"112\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Figura-35-Excel-\u2013-Tela-de-Importacao-\u2013-Etapa-1-de-3.png 455w, https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Figura-35-Excel-\u2013-Tela-de-Importacao-\u2013-Etapa-1-de-3-300x74.png 300w, https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Figura-35-Excel-\u2013-Tela-de-Importacao-\u2013-Etapa-1-de-3-450x112.png 450w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 455px) 100vw, 455px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6.\u00a0 Aparecer\u00e1 a segunda janela, chamada \u201cAssistente de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o de Texto \u2013 etapa 2 de 3\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nessa segunda etapa, deve ser marcada somente a op\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cOutros\u201d e deve se colocado o \u201c|\u201d (pipe) no campo ao lado do nome \u201cOutros\u201d, conforme abaixo:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-10435 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Figura-36-Excel-\u2013-Tela-de-Importacao-\u2013-Etapa-2-de-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"456\" height=\"144\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Figura-36-Excel-\u2013-Tela-de-Importacao-\u2013-Etapa-2-de-3.png 456w, https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Figura-36-Excel-\u2013-Tela-de-Importacao-\u2013-Etapa-2-de-3-300x95.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 456px) 100vw, 456px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7 \u2013 Ao clicar em \u201cAvan\u00e7ar\u201d, aparecer\u00e1 a \u00faltima janela, chamada \u201cAssistente de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o de Texto \u2013 etapa 3 de 3\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Basta clicar no bot\u00e3o \u201cConcluir\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-10436 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Figura-37-Excel-\u2013-Tela-de-Importacao-\u2013-Etapa-3-de-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"384\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Figura-37-Excel-\u2013-Tela-de-Importacao-\u2013-Etapa-3-de-3.png 680w, https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Figura-37-Excel-\u2013-Tela-de-Importacao-\u2013-Etapa-3-de-3-300x169.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">8 \u2013 A partir da\u00ed, o arquivo da ECD em formato .txt ser\u00e1 aberto no Excel por colunas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00c9 poss\u00edvel utilizar a op\u00e7\u00e3o do filtro, no menu \u201cDados\u201d (figura abaixo) e trabalhar os registros separadamente, fazendo somas, c\u00e1lculos diversos, utilizando fun\u00e7\u00f5es do Excel, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/ECD-EXCEL-04.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-10437 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Figura-38-Excel-\u2013-Bloco-de-Classificacao-e-Filtro.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"181\" height=\"96\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ao salvar o arquivo, tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 poss\u00edvel a migra\u00e7\u00e3o para diversos formatos, entre eles, o pr\u00f3prio formato do Excel (.xlsm).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Fonte: <\/b>Manual de Orienta\u00e7\u00e3o do Leiaute da ECD, divulgado pela RFB &#8211;
