\tA Receita Federal (RF) está fechando o cerco contra um tipo de fraude tributária comum na entrega da declaração de imposto de renda e que envolve a apresentação de notas fiscais falsas de serviços de saúde prestados ao contribuinte para que haja abatimento no valor do imposto a ser pago.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\tA partir deste ano, empresas de planos de saúde e pessoas jurídicas que prestam serviços da área, como médicos, dentistas, psicólogos e fisioterapeutas, devem apresentar a Declaração de Serviços Médicos (Dmed), que teve o prazo de entrega estendido até o dia 31 de março. A novidade foi apresentada ontem em uma palestra na sede da Receita Federal em Uberlândia para representantes dos setores envolvidos, como Associação Comercial e Industrial (Aciub) e Sindicato dos Contabilistas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\tA declaração foi instituída pela Receita Federal em 2009 com o intuito de diminuir o número de declarações de imposto de renda de pessoa física (DIRPF) barradas por despesas de saúde. Nela, são inseridas informações como nome completo e CPF do cliente que contratou os serviços, valores recebidos e beneficiários. “As informações da Dmed serão cruzadas posteriormente com as do Imposto de Renda de Pessoas Físicas, para ver se tudo foi declarado ou não”, afirmou o auditor da Receita Federal André Luis dos Reis. De acordo com ele, a declaração é feita por meio de um programa que já pode ser baixado no site da RF.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\tApesar da nova demanda de serviço, escritórios de contabilidade não devem conquistar mais clientes por conta da declaração. “Não é por causa da Dmed que vão nos procurar. Os contadores são obrigados a emitir a declaração de seus clientes”, disse a contadora Lilian Dias.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\tA punição para a pessoa jurídica que deixar de emitir a Declaração de Serviços Médicos é multa de R$ 5 mil por mês-calendário e R$ 100 no valor de transação em casos de informação omitida, inexata ou incompleta.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
