\t\t\tDurante a fase piloto do projeto Sped, discutiu-se sobre a importância da escrituração fiscal e contábil e o tipo de mudança que esta representava para as empresas, principalmente, em relação ao armazenamento das informações.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t\t\t <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t\t\tAs empresas vinham de um modelo em papel, em que os livros eram encadernados, registrados e arquivados em um “arquivo morto”. Muitas, cresceram armazenando livros fiscais, notas fiscais, uma economia altamente rentável, em uma época onde os espaços de arquivos eram raros. Até que surge o novo modelo digital e algumas empresas não mudaram os seus processos e continuam a armazenar as EFD\/ECD em desktop, em um servidor qualquer das áreas fiscal e contábil, ou em DVD. Até que o inesperado acontece e por acidente, os arquivos se perdem. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t\t\t <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t\t\tComo recuperar estes livros digitais?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\t\t\tNesta situação, a empresa pode baixar o programa RECEITANET BX e com o certificado digital, pode fazer o download do arquivo enviado desde que este já tenha sido registrado. Porém, a RFB adverte que esta possibilidade é exclusiva para este período de adaptação e que ela não pretende ser o back-office das empresas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t\t\t <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t\t\tNa verdade, este é mais um processo de mudança para as empresas, que necessitam de uma melhor gestão. As multinacionais que tem sede fora do país e até empresas que tem ações negociadas na bolsa de Nova Iorque, por exemplo, tiveram de olhar para este processo forçadas pela SOX Sarbanes Oxley (Lei americana que estabelece novos padrões de governança). Outras, mantém seus sistemas em algum Datacenter e ainda nem pensaram a respeito. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
