O objetivo \u00e9 simplificar e automatizar o processo nas 27 juntas comerciais do pa\u00eds \u2013 existe uma para cada unidade federativa. Com a mudan\u00e7a, tudo ser\u00e1 realizado de forma digital, tanto para livros cont\u00e1beis quanto para livros n\u00e3o cont\u00e1beis, inclusive dos agentes auxiliares do com\u00e9rcio (leiloeiros e tradutores p\u00fablicos).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A medida come\u00e7a a ser aplicada nas juntas. O novo regramento entra em vigor em 120 dias. \u201cEsta \u00e9 mais uma medida do governo federal para a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital dos servi\u00e7os, em conson\u00e2ncia com a Lei da Liberdade Econ\u00f4mica, que desburocratiza o registro de empresas\u201d, destaca o diretor do DREI, Andr\u00e9 Santa Cruz. <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>\u201cPretendemos agilizar ainda mais os processos de autentica\u00e7\u00e3o nas juntas e facilitar assim a vida do cidad\u00e3o.\u201d<\/em> <\/span>A nova Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa define as atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais de compet\u00eancia das juntas comerciais, ou seja, a autentica\u00e7\u00e3o dos livros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Houve uma moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o do texto. A Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa altera as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es da IN DREI n\u00ba 11, de 5 de dezembro de 2013, e suas altera\u00e7\u00f5es posteriores. Essa IN anterior trazia disposi\u00e7\u00f5es sobre lan\u00e7amentos de demonstra\u00e7\u00f5es cont\u00e1beis. Agora, para essas situa\u00e7\u00f5es, a regra \u00e9 observar disposi\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas da \u00e1rea cont\u00e1bil. As contribui\u00e7\u00f5es da consulta p\u00fablica realizada pelo DREI foram recebidas de 27 de novembro a 14 de dezembro do ano passado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>As mudan\u00e7as<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Atualmente, a empresa submete o livro empresarial \u00e0 Junta Comercial. Antes de ser autenticado, o documento passa pela avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de um analista. O processo de autentica\u00e7\u00e3o de livros empresariais dura dois dias, em m\u00e9dia. Mas, a partir de pedidos de analistas, h\u00e1 empresas que aguardam meses at\u00e9 conseguir autenticar os documentos.
