As adequa\u00e7\u00f5es legais necess\u00e1rias \u00e0 implanta\u00e7\u00e3o da NFF foram contempladas em decreto assinado pelo governador Rui Costa e publicado na edi\u00e7\u00e3o deste fim de semana do Di\u00e1rio Oficial do Estado. O app j\u00e1 pode ser baixado nas lojas de aplicativos para sistemas operacionais Andoid e iOS.<\/p>\n<p>Com a NFF, a simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria j\u00e1 est\u00e1 ao alcance dos TACs. Com poucos campos a serem preenchidos de forma simples, intuitiva e \u00e1gil, o app exige apenas que o usu\u00e1rio informe os dados b\u00e1sicos sobre o\u00a0 transporte da carga para que sejam emitidos, em formato puramente digital, o Conhecimento de Transporte Eletr\u00f4nico (CT-e) e o Manifesto Eletr\u00f4nico de Documentos Fiscais (MDF-e), documentos obrigat\u00f3rios para emiss\u00e3o pelo transportador.<\/p>\n<p><b>Inclus\u00e3o fiscal<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Concebida pelo <a href=\"http:\/\/www.encat.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Encontro Nacional dos Coordenadores e Administradores Tribut\u00e1rios Estaduais (Encat)<\/strong><\/a>, que re\u00fane os fiscos de todo o pa\u00eds para o interc\u00e2mbio de solu\u00e7\u00f5es tecnol\u00f3gicas, a NFF, por enquanto, est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel apenas na<strong> Bahia, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso do Sul e Rio Grande do Sul<\/strong>, onde o app\u00a0 foi desenvolvido em parceria com a <a href=\"https:\/\/dfe-portal.svrs.rs.gov.br\/Nff\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Receita Estadual, a Procergs, empresa de TI do governo ga\u00facho<\/strong><\/a>, e o Sebrae Nacional.<\/p>\n<p>A novidade \u201cir\u00e1 reduzir a burocracia e consequentemente os custos operacionais para os transportadores aut\u00f4nomos de cargas, o que possibilitar\u00e1 a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do mercado informal, facilitando a vida do contribuinte que deseja estar em dia com as suas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es tribut\u00e1rias\u201d, afirma o secret\u00e1rio da Fazenda do Estado da Bahia, Manoel Vit\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n<p>O superintendente de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Tribut\u00e1ria da Sefaz-Ba, Jos\u00e9 Luiz Souza, ressalta que a disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o desse app, inicialmente para o uso exclusivo pelo TAC, \u00e9 apenas o primeiro passo de um conjunto de a\u00e7\u00f5es da Sefaz-Ba, que tem como objetivo simplificar o processo de emiss\u00e3o de documentos fiscais eletr\u00f4nicos, tanto de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os de transportes como de vendas de mercadorias. \u201cPor isso, a partir de 2021, teremos uma vers\u00e3o destinada ao pequeno produtor rural, al\u00e9m do micro e pequeno empres\u00e1rio, que realiza vendas destinadas a consumidor final\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>O coordenador t\u00e9cnico do Encat e auditor fiscal da Sefaz-Ba, \u00c1lvaro Bahia, destaca que esta capacidade de emiss\u00e3o de documentos fiscais, pelo pr\u00f3prio TAC, reduz a necessidade da participa\u00e7\u00e3o de atravessadores na contrata\u00e7\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o, o que aumenta a competitividade e as receitas desse empreendedor do segmento de transporte de cargas, com menores custos para o contratante.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Fonte<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sefaz.ba.gov.br\/scripts\/noticias\/noticia.asp?LCOD_NOTICIA=10996\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ASCOM SEFAZ Bahia<\/a>\u00a0(10.11.2020)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aplicativo instalado no celular permite\u00a0 emitir em tempo real os documentos fiscais eletr\u00f4nicos necess\u00e1rios para<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":12986,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[236,83,242,238,148,225],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-7513","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-bahia","category-encat","category-mato-grosso-do-sul","category-minas-gerais","category-nota-fiscal-eletronica","category-rio-grande-do-sul"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
