{"id":7089,"date":"2020-04-17T11:52:17","date_gmt":"2020-04-17T14:52:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/?p=7089"},"modified":"2020-04-17T11:52:17","modified_gmt":"2020-04-17T14:52:17","slug":"coaf-dispensa-entrega-de-informacoes-por-contadores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2020\/04\/17\/coaf-dispensa-entrega-de-informacoes-por-contadores\/","title":{"rendered":"COAF dispensa entrega de informa\u00e7\u00f5es por contadores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/coaf.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-7090 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/coaf-300x141.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"141\" \/><\/a>Foi publicado ontem, dia 16, no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 34\/2020 do Conselho de Controle de Atividades Financeiras &#8211; COAF.<\/p>\n<p>A nova resolu\u00e7\u00e3o revoga a de n\u00ba 24\/2013, a qual dispunha sobre os procedimentos a serem adotados pelas pessoas f\u00edsicas ou jur\u00eddicas n\u00e3o submetidas \u00e0 regula\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00f3rg\u00e3o pr\u00f3prio regulador que prestem, mesmo que eventualmente, servi\u00e7os de assessoria, consultoria, contadoria, auditoria, aconselhamento ou assist\u00eancia, na forma do \u00a7 1\u00ba do art. 14 da Lei n\u00ba 9.613, de 3 de mar\u00e7o de 1998, nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es de que trata o inciso <a href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/leis\/l9613.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">XIV do par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico do seu art. 9\u00ba<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Desta forma, os profissionais que prestam servi\u00e7os de assessoria, consultoria, contadoria, auditoria, aconselhamento ou assist\u00eancia, deixar\u00e3o de informar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">a) de compra e venda de im\u00f3veis, estabelecimentos comerciais ou industriais ou participa\u00e7\u00f5es societ\u00e1rias de qualquer natureza;<br \/>\nb) de gest\u00e3o de fundos, valores mobili\u00e1rios ou outros ativos;<br \/>\nc) de abertura ou gest\u00e3o de contas banc\u00e1rias, de poupan\u00e7a, investimento ou de valores mobili\u00e1rios;<br \/>\nd) de cria\u00e7\u00e3o, explora\u00e7\u00e3o ou gest\u00e3o de sociedades de qualquer natureza, funda\u00e7\u00f5es, fundos fiduci\u00e1rios ou estruturas an\u00e1logas;<br \/>\ne) financeiras, societ\u00e1rias ou imobili\u00e1rias; e<br \/>\nf) de aliena\u00e7\u00e3o ou aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de direitos sobre contratos relacionados a atividades desportivas ou art\u00edsticas profissionais.<\/p>\n<p>Confira:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/pesquisa.in.gov.br\/imprensa\/jsp\/visualiza\/index.jsp?jornal=515&amp;pagina=57&amp;data=16\/04\/2020\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 34\/2020<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fazenda.gov.br\/orgaos\/coaf\/legislacao-e-normas\/normas-coaf\/resolucao-no-23-de-20-de-dezembro-de-2012-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 24\/2013<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Foi publicado ontem, dia 16, no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 34\/2020 do<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":7090,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[16,102,103,150],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-7089","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-auditoria-contabil-tributaria","category-fraudes","category-fraudes-corporativas","category-normas-contabeis"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
