Isso significa que os contribuintes que quiserem protocolar contesta\u00e7\u00f5es contra cobran\u00e7as de tributos n\u00e3o perder\u00e3o o per\u00edodo legal para fazer essas solicita\u00e7\u00f5es. Isso significa que, se o contribuinte tinha dez dias, no dia 23 de mar\u00e7o, para entregar uma defesa administrativa, este mesmo per\u00edodo passar\u00e1 a ser contado a partir do dia 1\u00ba de maio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A medida foi adotada como parte da estrat\u00e9gia para conter a dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o do novo coronav\u00edrus. No site da Secretaria da Fazenda (www.sefaz.ba.gov.br), tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel a Carta de Servi\u00e7os ao Cidad\u00e3o, que cont\u00e9m informa\u00e7\u00f5es e orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre os 113 servi\u00e7os oferecidos pela Sefaz-Ba.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mudan\u00e7as<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Desde que as suas unidades de atendimento presencial foram fechadas, a Fazenda Estadual vem buscando tomar medidas que visem facilitar o dia a dia do contribuinte. O envio da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria para in\u00edcio do tr\u00e2mite para c\u00e1lculo do ITD (Imposto de Transmiss\u00e3o Causa Mortis e Doa\u00e7\u00e3o de Quaisquer Bens e Direitos), por exemplo, agora \u00e9 feito via e-mail, assim como o parcelamento do ICMS nas situa\u00e7\u00f5es que n\u00e3o podem ser feitas pelo site.
