A lei de regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o de duplicatas eletr\u00f4nicas apresenta diversos benef\u00edcios para as empresas que antecipam receb\u00edveis. Al\u00e9m da redu\u00e7\u00e3o de fraudes e moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o no mercado de cr\u00e9dito, com a normatiza\u00e7\u00e3o, a expectativa \u00e9 que a oferta por antecipa\u00e7\u00e3o de receb\u00edveis aumente cerca de 30% no mercado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional dos Participantes em Fundos de Investimento em Direitos Credit\u00f3rios Multicedentes e Multissacados (ANFIDC), a nova lei vai mudar as rela\u00e7\u00f5es entre empresas que buscam por cr\u00e9dito com as institui\u00e7\u00f5es que concedem o empr\u00e9stimo. &#8220;H\u00e1 a possibilidade de algumas institui\u00e7\u00f5es, hoje n\u00e3o atuantes no setor, entrarem no mercado de antecipa\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, a duplicata eletr\u00f4nica pode gerar uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o de custos, juros e riscos&#8221;, como informa o diretor da ANFIDC, Luis Eduardo da Costa Carvalho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O projeto determina que as informa\u00e7\u00f5es das duplicatas dever\u00e3o ser obrigatoriamente registradas em sistema eletr\u00f4nico de entidades autorizadas pelo Banco Central, que passar\u00e3o a ser as respons\u00e1veis pelo registro nacional de duplicatas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Elas dever\u00e3o guardar os t\u00edtulos, controlar os documentos, formalizar provas de pagamento e fazer a transfer\u00eancia de titularidade. Atualmente, essas informa\u00e7\u00f5es ficam dispersas. Caber\u00e1 ao Conselho Monet\u00e1rio Nacional (CMN) fixar as diretrizes para a escritura\u00e7\u00e3o das duplicatas eletr\u00f4nicas.
