A decis\u00e3o, publicada na\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/diario.tjac.jus.br\/edicoes.php?Ano=2019&amp;Mes=01&amp;PDF=L3Zhci93d3cvUERGL0RFMjAxOTAxMDkucGRm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">edi\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00b0 6.270 do Di\u00e1rio da Justi\u00e7a Eletr\u00f4nico (p\u00e1g. 14)<\/a>, responsabilizou a demandada pelo erro na declara\u00e7\u00e3o do imposto de renda.<\/p>\n<p>O reclamado prestava servi\u00e7os relacionados \u00e0 escritura\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal e cont\u00e1bil da empresa. Deste modo, uma das obriga\u00e7\u00f5es era preencher a Declara\u00e7\u00e3o do Imposto de Renda de cada ano e transmitir \u00e0 Receita Federal.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo os autos, a contratada deixou de reportar valores retidos na fonte de dois s\u00f3cios e, por isso, foram multados. Ent\u00e3o, a parte autora notificou extrajudicialmente o respons\u00e1vel, que se manteve inerte e inadimplente.<\/p>\n<p>No entendimento da ju\u00edza de Direito Thais Khalil, as provas produzidas foram suficientes para o deslinde da controv\u00e9rsia, pois uma das cl\u00e1usulas do contrato era \u201ca integral responsabilidade por eventuais multas e juros decorrentes de imperfei\u00e7\u00f5es ou atrasos nos servi\u00e7os contratados, desde que estivesse sido entregue a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria em tempo h\u00e1bil\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Assim, a magistrada compreendeu que os demandantes fazem jus ao ressarcimento, por isso foi deferido o pedido.
