Para tanto, conta com o Ranking de Simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o (Simplific\u00f4metro), instrumento pelo qual s\u00e3o ordenadas as unidades da federa\u00e7\u00e3o pela quantidade de obriga\u00e7\u00f5es tribut\u00e1rias acess\u00f3rias ainda vigentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O espa\u00e7o tamb\u00e9m conta com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o tema, bem como Perguntas Frequentes e Fale Conosco, com a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de receber as sugest\u00f5es para o aprimoramento do Sped, da simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o e da desburocratiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>\nInforma\u00e7\u00f5es adicionais podem ser obtidas por meio do Portal Sped: &#8220;sped.rfb.gov.br&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Texto de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>O alto custo despendido pelas empresas brasileiras para a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es cont\u00e1beis e fiscais \u00e0s Administra\u00e7\u00f5es Tribut\u00e1rias e \u00f3rg\u00e3os reguladores \u00e9 fator que contribui para o aumento do \u201ccusto Brasil\u201d. Essa distor\u00e7\u00e3o implica a perda de competitividade econ\u00f4mica, prejudicando sobremaneira o desenvolvimento do pa\u00eds.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>Para minimizar essa situa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria a integra\u00e7\u00e3o das Administra\u00e7\u00f5es Tribut\u00e1rias, com foco na elimina\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es redundantes, conforme preconizou a Emenda Constitucional n\u00ba 42, de 19 de dezembro de 2003.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>Ap\u00f3s 10 (dez) anos de opera\u00e7\u00e3o, o SPED, em conformidade com os objetivos de racionalizar e uniformizar as obriga\u00e7\u00f5es tribut\u00e1rias acess\u00f3rias para os contribuintes e promover a integra\u00e7\u00e3o dos fiscos, bem como seguindo as suas premissas constitutivas, passa por nova fase evolutiva com foco na amplia\u00e7\u00e3o da simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>Para tanto, em conformidade com o <a href=\"http:\/\/www.enat.receita.fazenda.gov.br\/pt-br\/protocolos\/x-8\/at_download\/protocolo_arquivo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Protocolo Enat n\u00ba 9\/2015<\/a>, busca-se o fortalecimento da rela\u00e7\u00e3o institucional entre os fiscos e a racionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de procedimentos com o Projeto SPED Simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o de Obriga\u00e7\u00f5es Tribut\u00e1rias Acess\u00f3rias.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>Os objetivos s\u00e3o simplificar a presta\u00e7\u00e3o das informa\u00e7\u00f5es fiscais dos contribuintes do ICMS por interm\u00e9dio da substitui\u00e7\u00e3o das obriga\u00e7\u00f5es tribut\u00e1rias acess\u00f3rias pela EFD ICMS\/IPI e aperfei\u00e7oar os leiautes dos m\u00f3dulos do SPED, de forma gradual, com o fim de eliminar as redund\u00e2ncias e harmonizar o sistema.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Fonte<\/strong>: <a href=\"idg.receita.fazenda.gov.br\/noticias\/ascom\/2018\/dezembro\/receita-federal-disponibiliza-nova-area-sobre-simplificacao-no-portal-sped\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RRB<\/a> e <a href=\"http:\/\/sped.rfb.gov.br\/pagina\/show\/2919\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Portal SPED<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Receita Federal disponibiliza nova \u00e1rea sobre Simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o no Portal Sped.
