{"id":6357,"date":"2018-12-18T17:14:18","date_gmt":"2018-12-18T20:14:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/?p=6357"},"modified":"2018-12-18T17:14:18","modified_gmt":"2018-12-18T20:14:18","slug":"cfc-denuncia-venda-de-carteira-profissional-e-de-decores-pela-internet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2018\/12\/18\/cfc-denuncia-venda-de-carteira-profissional-e-de-decores-pela-internet\/","title":{"rendered":"CFC denuncia venda de carteira profissional e de Decores pela internet"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/2018-12-18-crime-venda-carteira-crc.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-6358 size-medium\" title=\"Clique para ampliar\" src=\"http:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/2018-12-18-crime-venda-carteira-crc-169x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"169\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>O Conselho Federal de Contabilidade (CFC) tomou conhecimento, nesta semana, da venda de carteiras profissionais (CRC) e de Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Comprova\u00e7\u00e3o de Rendimentos (Decores) no Mercado Livre \u2013 site que oferece solu\u00e7\u00f5es de com\u00e9rcio eletr\u00f4nico para que pessoas e empresas possam comprar, vender, pagar, anunciar e enviar produtos por meio da internet \u2013 e imediatamente determinou \u00e0 sua Procuradoria Jur\u00eddica a ado\u00e7\u00e3o das medidas legais e criminais cab\u00edveis.<\/p>\n<p>A divulga\u00e7\u00e3o da possibilidade de compra de carteira de profissional da contabilidade fere, inclusive, as pr\u00f3prias regras constantes no link Termos e Condi\u00e7\u00f5es Gerais do site (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mercadolivre.com.br\/ajuda\/Termos-e-condicoes-gerais-de-uso_1409\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.mercadolivre.com.br\/ajuda\/Termos-e-condicoes-gerais-de-uso_1409<\/a>), que determina que \u201cn\u00e3o \u00e9 permitido anunciar produtos expressamente proibidos pela legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente ou pelos Termos e condi\u00e7\u00f5es gerais de uso do site, que n\u00e3o possuam a devida autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica de \u00f3rg\u00e3os reguladores competentes, ou que violem direitos de terceiro\u201d. O presidente do CFC, Zulmir Iv\u00e2nio Breda, destacou que, apesar de a autoria de alguns dos an\u00fancios ser desconhecida, tanto a venda como a compra da carteira de CRC configura crime de estelionato, pois o registro profissional s\u00f3 \u00e9 concedido por Conselho Regional de Contabilidade.<\/p>\n<p>Decore<\/p>\n<p>No que tange \u00e0 emiss\u00e3o da Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Comprova\u00e7\u00e3o de Rendimentos (Decore), o CFC alerta que a Decore consiste em um documento cont\u00e1bil, cuja finalidade \u00e9 fazer prova sobre a informa\u00e7\u00e3o de percep\u00e7\u00e3o de rendimentos de pessoas f\u00edsicas.
