{"id":6296,"date":"2018-11-23T18:00:15","date_gmt":"2018-11-23T21:00:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/?p=6296"},"modified":"2018-11-23T18:00:15","modified_gmt":"2018-11-23T21:00:15","slug":"imposto-de-renda-consolidacao-da-legislacao-sobre-o-ir-e-publicada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2018\/11\/23\/imposto-de-renda-consolidacao-da-legislacao-sobre-o-ir-e-publicada\/","title":{"rendered":"Imposto de Renda: Consolida\u00e7\u00e3o da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o IR \u00e9 publicada"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure id=\"attachment_5785\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5785\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/rfb-leao.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-5785\" src=\"http:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/rfb-leao-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5785\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">A nova norma torna mais claro e simples o processo de apura\u00e7\u00e3o do imposto, o que se traduz em maior seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica ao contribuinte.<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Foi publicada, no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o de hoje (23\/11), mais uma iniciativa para a simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema tribut\u00e1rio: a 16\u00ba vers\u00e3o do Regulamento do Imposto de Renda, ou RIR, cuja hist\u00f3ria iniciou-se em 1924, data de sua primeira publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Nessa nova edi\u00e7\u00e3o, o\u00a0<a class=\"external-link\" title=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_Ato2015-2018\/2018\/Decreto\/D9580.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Decreto n\u00ba 9.580, de 22 de novembro de 2018<\/a>, regulamenta e consolida, num \u00fanico documento, as normas de tributa\u00e7\u00e3o, fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o e administra\u00e7\u00e3o do Imposto sobre a Renda e Proventos de Qualquer Natureza. \u00c9 tamb\u00e9m o resultado da revis\u00e3o completa do texto do Decreto n\u00ba 3.000, de 1999, ao qual foram incorporadas as altera\u00e7\u00f5es legais ocorridas at\u00e9 31 de dezembro de 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Durante esse per\u00edodo, a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o do Imposto sobre a Renda e Proventos de Qualquer Natureza sofreu in\u00fameras modifica\u00e7\u00f5es entre as quais destacam-se as altera\u00e7\u00f5es trazidas pela Lei n\u00ba 12.973, de 2014, com relevante reflexo no Livro II \u2013 Da Tributa\u00e7\u00e3o das Pessoas Jur\u00eddicas.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>O novo decreto compila dispositivos contidos em mais de quatrocentas leis e decretos-lei referentes ao Imposto sobre a Renda, incluindo o Imposto sobre a Renda da Pessoa F\u00edsica, o Imposto sobre a Renda da Pessoa Jur\u00eddica e Imposto de Renda Retido na Fonte, sendo o mais antigo datado do ano de 1937.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o torna mais claro e simples o processo de apura\u00e7\u00e3o do imposto, o que se traduz em maior seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica ao contribuinte, que ter\u00e1 acesso facilitado \u00e0s informa\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para o correto adimplemento das obriga\u00e7\u00f5es tribut\u00e1rias concernentes a esse imposto.<\/p>\n<p>Com a publica\u00e7\u00e3o deste Decreto n\u00ba 9.580, objetiva-se tamb\u00e9m implementar uma pol\u00edtica de atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o constante do Regulamento do Imposto sobre a Renda, visto ser um importante instrumento de transpar\u00eancia normativa e de consulta \u00e0 legisla\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Fonte: <a href=\"http:\/\/idg.receita.fazenda.gov.br\/noticias\/ascom\/2018\/novembro\/consolidacao-da-legislacao-sobre-o-imposto-de-renda-e-publicada\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Receita Federal<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Foi publicada, no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o de hoje (23\/11), mais uma iniciativa para a<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[16,50,121,169],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-6296","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-auditoria-contabil-tributaria","category-contabilidade-tributaria","category-imposto-de-renda","category-receita-federal"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
