Quem deslocou os saldos para outras rubricas na Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Bens e Direitos tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 no escopo da fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A nova rodada de dilig\u00eancias da Delegacia da Receita Federal na Capital mira situa\u00e7\u00f5es com maior risco de fraude. Na primeira fase da <strong>Opera\u00e7\u00e3o denominada Tio Patinhas<\/strong>, foram oferecidas chances para os contribuintes retificarem as declara\u00e7\u00f5es e justificarem os montantes em esp\u00e9cie efetivamente existentes. Na fase atual, se confirmadas as irregularidades, o imposto ser\u00e1 cobrado com multa de of\u00edcio, que pode chegar a 150%. Al\u00e9m disso, os fatos ser\u00e3o comunicados ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Federal para a <strong>apura\u00e7\u00e3o de crime contra a ordem tribut\u00e1ria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inicialmente, cerca de <strong>1,4 mil contribuintes<\/strong> da regi\u00e3o coberta pela Delegacia da Receita Federal em Florian\u00f3polis tiveram suas declara\u00e7\u00f5es retidas em malha para <strong>justificar o saldos de dinheiro em esp\u00e9cie<\/strong>. Enquanto estiverem retidos em malha, esses contribuintes n\u00e3o receber\u00e3o eventuais restitui\u00e7\u00f5es.
