Desenvolvido em parceria com a Universidade de Bras\u00edlia \u2013 UnB, o projeto \u00e9 o mais relevante\u00a0no \u00e2mbito\u00a0acad\u00eamico brasileiro relacionado \u00e0 aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de IA no Direito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A ministra explicou que a ferramenta ser\u00e1 utilizada na execu\u00e7\u00e3o de quatro atividades:<strong> convers\u00e3o de imagens em textos no processo digital,\u00a0separa\u00e7\u00e3o do come\u00e7o e do fim de um documento (pe\u00e7a processual, decis\u00e3o, etc) em todo o acervo do Tribunal,\u00a0separa\u00e7\u00e3o e\u00a0classifica\u00e7\u00e3o das pe\u00e7as processuais mais utilizadas nas atividades do STF e a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos temas de repercuss\u00e3o geral de maior incid\u00eancia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo informou a presidente, os testes com os processos envolvendo repercuss\u00e3o geral foram iniciados\u00a0com 27 temas mais recorrentes no Tribunal, representando 60% do total de temas regularmente identificados. Ela inform<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ou que atualmente o n\u00edvel de precis\u00e3o na triagem \u00e9 de 84%, mas que atingir\u00e1 95% no pr\u00f3ximo m\u00eas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A ministra\u00a0ressaltou que o trabalho de convers\u00e3o de imagens em texto, por exemplo, que um servidor executa em tr\u00eas horas, ser\u00e1 feito em cinco segundos com a nova ferramenta.\u00a0Salientou que <strong>a ferramenta possibilitar\u00e1 melhor aproveitamento de recursos materiais e humanos do Tribunal, acelerando a an\u00e1lise dos processos e reduzindo o congestionamento na admissibilidade dos recursos nos tribunais de origem, auxiliando o Poder Judici\u00e1rio a cumprir sua miss\u00e3o em diversas inst\u00e2ncias.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A ministra destacou que, para classificar e analisar os cerca de 42 mil processos que chegaram ao STF no primeiro semestre, seriam necess\u00e1rias quase 22 mil horas de trabalho de servidores e estagi\u00e1rios.
