\"\"<\/a>O presidente do Conselho Federal de Contabilidade (CFC), Zulmir Iv\u00e2nio Breda, realizou, nesta quarta-feira (25), uma visita institucional ao novo presidente do Conselho de Controle de Atividades Financeiras (Coaf), Ant\u00f4nio Carlos Ferreira de Sousa, oportunidade em que ratificaram o acordo de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o entre as institui\u00e7\u00f5es para o combate aos crimes financeiros.<\/p>\n

O Coaf \u00e9 um \u00f3rg\u00e3o federal que tem, entre as suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es, a finalidade de receber, examinar e identificar as ocorr\u00eancias suspeitas de atividades il\u00edcitas relacionadas \u00e0 lavagem de dinheiro e financiamento do terrorismo, promovendo a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o e o interc\u00e2mbio de informa\u00e7\u00f5es entre os Setores P\u00fablico e Privado. Para isso, a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es ao Coaf est\u00e1 prevista na Lei<\/strong> n.\u00ba 9.613\/1998<\/a>, alterada pela Lei n.\u00ba 12.683\/2012.<\/p>\n

Resultado positivo do processo de sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da classe cont\u00e1bil para a import\u00e2ncia dos mecanismos de preven\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 lavagem de dinheiro, o CFC editou, em 2013, a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n.\u00ba 1445<\/a><\/strong>, regulamentando o envio de informa\u00e7\u00f5es pelos profissionais e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es cont\u00e1beis. Esse normativo foi revogado, em 2017, pela Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n.\u00ba 1.530, atualizando a quest\u00e3o e estabelecendo que n\u00e3o est\u00e3o mais sujeitos a Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de N\u00e3o Ocorr\u00eancia de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es ao CFC aqueles que s\u00e3o funcion\u00e1rios de organiza\u00e7\u00f5es cont\u00e1beis. \u201cA parceria tem se mostrado muito importante elucidando os profissionais sobre o papel relevante que a classe cont\u00e1bil desempenha no enfrentando ao crime de lavagem de dinheiro\u201d, ressaltou Breda.<\/p>\n

O presidente do Coaf disse que a proposta em sua gest\u00e3o \u00e9 a aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o com os parceiros institucionais para o aprimoramento conjunto dos sistemas do conselho. \u201cN\u00f3s dependemos do compartilhamento das informa\u00e7\u00f5es para realizar o trabalho de preven\u00e7\u00e3o. Para isso, \u00e9 muito importante contar com a presteza dos supervisores, como \u00e9 o caso do CFC\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n

Segundo Ferreira, o Coaf recebe, anualmente, cerca de 1,5 milh\u00e3o de comunica\u00e7\u00f5es de opera\u00e7\u00f5es suspeitas de Il\u00edcitos\u00a0 De acordo com o \u00faltimo relat\u00f3rio de atividades da institui\u00e7\u00e3o, s\u00f3 em 2017 a atua\u00e7\u00e3o do COAF juntamente com o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e autoridades policiais, possibilitou o bloqueio judicial de R$ 46 milh\u00f5es no Brasil e no exterior, relacionados a investiga\u00e7\u00f5es sobre lavagem de dinheiro e crimes relacionados. Desde o in\u00edcio de suas atividades at\u00e9 o final de 2017, o trabalho do COAF tamb\u00e9m resultou na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de R$ 7,6 milh\u00f5es em multas pecuni\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m dos presidentes das entidades, participaram do encontro o Diretor Executivo em exerc\u00edcio do CFC, Ricardo da Silva Carvalho; e o diretor de Intelig\u00eancia Financeira e Supervis\u00e3o do Coaf, Joaquim da Cunha Neto.<\/p>\n
