{"id":6062,"date":"2018-07-24T17:14:38","date_gmt":"2018-07-24T20:14:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/?p=6062"},"modified":"2018-07-24T17:14:38","modified_gmt":"2018-07-24T20:14:38","slug":"receita-federal-cancela-o-pert-de-mais-de-700-viciados-em-refis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2018\/07\/24\/receita-federal-cancela-o-pert-de-mais-de-700-viciados-em-refis\/","title":{"rendered":"Receita Federal cancela o PERT de mais de 700 \u201cviciados em Refis\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p><em><strong>Outros 4.000 contribuintes j\u00e1 est\u00e3o sendo cobrados a regularizar as obriga\u00e7\u00f5es correntes<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Foram canceladas as ades\u00f5es ao Programa Especial de Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o Tribut\u00e1ria (PERT) de mais de 700 contribuintes por falta de pagamento das obriga\u00e7\u00f5es correntes, em um total superior a R$ 1 bilh\u00e3o, ao mesmo tempo que mais de 4.000 contribuintes est\u00e3o sendo cobrados para que se regularizem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/RFB-logo-blog.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6063 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/RFB-logo-blog.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"128\" height=\"96\" \/><\/a>Para que o contribuinte possa usufruir das redu\u00e7\u00f5es de multas, juros e encargos legais institu\u00eddas pela Lei n\u00ba 13.496, de 2017, que criou o Pert, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que mantenha em dia as suas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es tribut\u00e1rias correntes, pois a mesma lei instituiu que a ades\u00e3o ao Pert implica dever de pagar regularmente os d\u00e9bitos vencidos ap\u00f3s 30 de abril de 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al\u00e9m desses 4.000 contribuintes, est\u00e3o na mira da Receita mais 58.000 optantes pelo PERT, com obriga\u00e7\u00f5es correntes em aberto no valor de R$ 6,6 bilh\u00f5es, que ser\u00e3o alvo das pr\u00f3ximas etapas do trabalho de cobran\u00e7a e de cancelamento da Receita Federal, caso n\u00e3o se regularizem.
