Segundo estimativa da CNM (Confedera\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional dos Munic\u00edpios), somente no ano passado a arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o do Grande ABC poderia ser aumentada em R$ 128 milh\u00f5es a partir da modifica\u00e7\u00e3o no modelo. A conta levou em considera\u00e7\u00e3o a eleva\u00e7\u00e3o para 5% para alguns servi\u00e7os, como opera\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">J\u00e1 o outro projeto estipula um modelo eletr\u00f4nico para a contabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o e registro das transa\u00e7\u00f5es que envolvem o ISS. A proposta cria um padr\u00e3o a ser utilizado por Estados e munic\u00edpios, que dever\u00e3o informar em um sistema eletr\u00f4nico unificado as al\u00edquotas, a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o pertinente e os dados banc\u00e1rios para recebimento do tributo. O contribuinte deve declarar o valor devido de ISS na mesma plataforma. Pelo texto, o imposto \u00e9 recolhido por transfer\u00eancia banc\u00e1ria para cada um dos entes por meio do Sistema Brasileiro de Pagamentos, vinculado ao Banco Central.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em mar\u00e7o, o STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal), por meio do ministro Alexandre de Moraes, concedeu liminar que suspende a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do novo modelo de cobran\u00e7a do ISS.
