A chamada Intelig\u00eancia Artificial (IA), tem conquistado cada vez mais espa\u00e7o em organiza\u00e7\u00f5es corporativas em todo o mundo, gerando benef\u00edcios significativos, mas tamb\u00e9m, enormes desafios. O alerta de aten\u00e7\u00e3o sobre essa pol\u00eamica ferramenta, passou a ser sinalizado pelo <em><strong>The Institute of Internal Auditors<\/strong><\/em> (The IIA) &#8211; o maior organismo de auditoria no mundo &#8211; que decidiu produzir uma cartilha did\u00e1tica sobre o papel desses profissionais diante da Intelig\u00eancia Artificial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O documento foi traduzido pelo IIA Brasil \u2013 Instituto dos Auditores Internos do Brasil &#8211; com a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para divulgar a seus associados. O objetivo central \u00e9 esclarecer quais as posturas mais \u00edntegras e efetivas que profissionais devem tomar, a fim de lidar com um sistema concebido para encontrar probabilidades, mas que, se desenhado de maneira equivocada, pode causar injusti\u00e7as aos colaboradores e at\u00e9 danos significativos \u00e0 corpora\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A cartilha chamada \u201c<em><strong>Tone at the top<\/strong><\/em>\u201d \u2013 prop\u00f5e entender o que define a IA, abordando sobre sua constru\u00e7\u00e3o, aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, gest\u00e3o e controle. O documento ressalta que esses sistemas s\u00e3o criados por humanos, portanto, s\u00e3o parciais, cr\u00edticos e injustos. Cabe aos gestores recorrerem \u00e0 auditoria interna para conduzir testes que determinem se os resultados produzidos pela IA refletem o objetivo original e se n\u00e3o foram distorcidos pelas parcialidades dos criadores da tecnologia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al\u00e9m disso, a cartilha afirma que os auditores tamb\u00e9m precisam estar respons\u00e1veis por testes de confian\u00e7a, precis\u00e3o, repetibilidade e integralidade, bem como pela mensura\u00e7\u00e3o de desempenho da IA. Eles necessitam alertar os gestores, o conselho de administra\u00e7\u00e3o e as partes interessadas, que h\u00e1 poss\u00edveis riscos de equ\u00edvocos, quanto a l\u00f3gica humana, incorporados \u00e0 tecnologia de IA. Somente assim, ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel alcan\u00e7ar uma conclus\u00e3o clara do valor real que ela trar\u00e1 \u00e0 empresa, seja ela p\u00fablica ou privada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acordo com Fabio Pimp\u00e3o, diretor do IIA Brasil, as premissas apresentadas pelo instituto global confirmam que a Intelig\u00eancia Artificial ser\u00e1 um divisor de \u00e1guas crucial na carreira do auditor interno. <em>\u201c\u00c9 um alerta de que temos que olhar para o futuro. As corpora\u00e7\u00f5es precisam investir em auditoria, dando-lhes autonomia para que elas fa\u00e7am uma completa imers\u00e3o de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da IA implantada.
