{"id":5648,"date":"2017-12-11T05:00:49","date_gmt":"2017-12-11T08:00:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/?p=5648"},"modified":"2017-12-11T05:00:49","modified_gmt":"2017-12-11T08:00:49","slug":"novidades-na-nf-e-versao-4-0","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2017\/12\/11\/novidades-na-nf-e-versao-4-0\/","title":{"rendered":"Novidades na NF-e vers\u00e3o 4.0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>O que muda com a NF-e 4.0?<\/strong> A migra\u00e7\u00e3o da Nota Fiscal Eletr\u00f4nica (NF-e) para a vers\u00e3o 4.0 contempla altera\u00e7\u00f5es importantes que facilitar\u00e3o em alguns aspectos o entendimento sobre as novidades tribut\u00e1rias introduzidas no \u00e2mbito da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o do ICMS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se fosse utilizado o antigo modelo de Nota Fiscal manual (modelo 1 ou 1A), os contribuintes utilizariam a frente e o verso do documento para contemplar tantas particularidades obrigat\u00f3rias a respeito do bem ou mercadoria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De dados de pagamento, passando pelo frete, controle de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o, validade, identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de ICMS, IPI, assim como aquilo que verdadeiramente interessa na rela\u00e7\u00e3o comercial, que s\u00e3o quantidades e respectivos pre\u00e7os, a Nota Fiscal virou um hub de informa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agora, com a Nota Fiscal Eletr\u00f4nica (NF-e), o documento fiscal existindo em forma digital para todos os efeitos legais, criar um, dois ou mais campos novos, um detalhe aqui outro ali, ficou muito simples, basta que o arquivo em XML tenha novas &#8220;TAG&#8217;s&#8221; e pronto. Cabe ao contribuinte emissor da NF-e correr atr\u00e1s dos seus sistemas corporativos de controles e encontrar as informa\u00e7\u00f5es e os par\u00e2metros necess\u00e1rios para cumprir com a exig\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A vers\u00e3o hoje em vigor da Nota Fiscal Eletr\u00f4nica (NF-e) \u00e9 a vers\u00e3o 3.1 e ficar\u00e1 valendo, ou seja, sendo aceita e autorizada pelas SEFAZ&#8217;s at\u00e9 o dia 02 de julho de 2018. Por\u00e9m a vers\u00e3o 4.0 j\u00e1 foi amplamente divulgada atrav\u00e9s de Nota T\u00e9cnica no portal oficial da NF-e. Estar\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel um ambiente de homologa\u00e7\u00e3o, que servir\u00e1 para testes das empresas a partir de 20 de novembro e um ambiente de produ\u00e7\u00e3o a partir de 4 de dezembro. Caso n\u00e3o haja nova prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o dos prazos, as empresas poder\u00e3o colocar em pr\u00e1tica o desenvolvimento e testes da vers\u00e3o 4.0.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Outra melhoria, por conta da vers\u00e3o 4.0 da NF-e, que reputamos como provid\u00eancia positiva \u00e9 a cria\u00e7\u00e3o dos campos &#8211; atualmente TAG&#8217;s \u2013 para tratar dos valores relativos ao Fundo de Combate \u00e0 Pobreza (FCP) institu\u00eddo por quase todos os Estados brasileiros e que \u00e9 cobrado junto com o ICMS. A Base de C\u00e1lculo, o Percentual e o valor do FCP est\u00e3o em campos (TAG&#8217;s) espec\u00edficos perfeitamente identificados no documento fiscal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O contribuinte ter\u00e1 de calcular e destacar separadamente do ICMS e do ICMS Substitui\u00e7\u00e3o Tribut\u00e1ria o valor relativo ao Fundo de Pobreza e, quando for o caso, o valor retido por substitui\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria do Fundo de Pobreza. Essa separa\u00e7\u00e3o deixar\u00e1 evidente uma forma nova de tributa\u00e7\u00e3o implementada pelos Estados, que veio aumentar a carga tribut\u00e1ria. Ir\u00e1 requerer de determinados contribuintes um tratamento diferenciado e especial para apura\u00e7\u00e3o e recolhimento dos valores desses Fundos Estaduais, dependendo do Estado, e para tanto ter\u00e3o as respectivas &#8220;TAG&#8217;s&#8221; \u00e0 sua disposi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Saindo do foco que sempre foi o objeto principal da Nota Fiscal, uma altera\u00e7\u00e3o muito importante na NF-e 4.0 foi a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um novo grupo que vai permitir a rastreabilidade de qualquer produto sujeito a regula\u00e7\u00f5es sanit\u00e1rias, tais como produtos veterin\u00e1rios, medicamentos, bebidas etc. Exigir\u00e1 a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos n\u00fameros de lote, data de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o, data de validade, entre outros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para o detalhamento espec\u00edfico de medicamento e mat\u00e9rias primas farmac\u00eauticas foi criado campo para informar o c\u00f3digo de Produto da ANVISA (Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria), fazendo parte do Grupo de Rastreabilidade de Produto. Portanto, as empresas pertencentes a esses segmentos de mercado devem j\u00e1 ter providenciado atentamente a forma de buscar tais informa\u00e7\u00f5es em seus sistemas de controle de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e estoque a partir dos cadastros dos materiais sob controle especial de movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com a facilidade do documento digital, haja criatividade dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os oficiais de controle para implementar informa\u00e7\u00f5es complementares e, assim, criar novas vers\u00f5es de NF-e com novos layouts que vir\u00e3o.
