Com o avan\u00e7o constante, a inova\u00e7\u00e3o se faz presente em nosso cotidiano, provendo servi\u00e7os e solu\u00e7\u00f5es voltados \u00e0 facilita\u00e7\u00e3o da rotina corporativa e pessoal. Hoje, existem empresas que mant\u00eam a maioria de sua opera\u00e7\u00e3o em formato\u00a0<em>on-lin<\/em>e digital, permitindo maior facilidade de acesso e velocidade para os colaboradores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o documental, por exemplo, proporciona menor tempo de busca e maior seguran\u00e7a no armazenamento das informa\u00e7\u00f5es. Al\u00e9m disso, tamb\u00e9m faz com que o espa\u00e7o f\u00edsico das companhias seja melhor aproveitado, tanto para a aloca\u00e7\u00e3o de um colaborador quanto para qualquer outro tipo de uso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No Brasil, entretanto, ainda n\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel que nenhuma companhia seja 100% digital por conta da burocracia e obrigatoriedade existente para alguns tipos de documentos que precisam ser guardados por grandes per\u00edodos de tempo em sua vers\u00e3o f\u00edsica. Assim, a armazenagem deve ser feita de maneira segura e eficiente, garantindo que todas as normas vigentes sejam cumpridas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entretanto, diversos processos n\u00e3o precisam da presen\u00e7a do documento f\u00edsico. Assim, \u00e9 fundamental que as companhias se adaptem ao novo modelo digital, que possibilita maior abrang\u00eancia na resolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos problemas e controle sobre suas prioridades. Para isso, o uso de ferramentas de reconhecimento \u00f3tico de caracteres (OCR) podem auxiliar durante a digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o documental. Com\u00a0<em>scanners<\/em>\u00a0capazes de identificar as palavras presentes nos arquivos, o processo de digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o torna-se mais preciso e eficaz, criando vers\u00f5es de f\u00e1cil acesso \u00e0s companhias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apesar de vivermos na era tecnol\u00f3gica, a burocracia nacional n\u00e3o deixar\u00e1 o papel ser exclu\u00eddo de dentro das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es. Por isso, \u00e9 bem prov\u00e1vel que o papel continue a dar suporte de seguran\u00e7a para os documentos que possuem valor de prova e est\u00e3o sujeitos \u00e0 fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o.
