A expectativa \u00e9, que at\u00e9 o final deste ano, sejam arrecadados R$ 10 milh\u00f5es.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>O trabalho, realizado em parceria com a Alf\u00e2ndega de Santos, ter\u00e1 como foco principal a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal de propriet\u00e1rios de im\u00f3veis de alto padr\u00e3o, localizados em condom\u00ednios de luxo e loteamentos fechados. Com isso, espera-se identificar sonega\u00e7\u00e3o de contribui\u00e7\u00f5es previdenci\u00e1rias incidentes sobre a m\u00e3o de obra envolvida nas obras de constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o auditor fiscal da Receita, Renato Cesar Leite, a parceria tem objetivo de usar toda a experi\u00eancia e recursos operacionais da Alf\u00e2ndega. \u201cUsaremos os drones, que eles j\u00e1 utilizam em outros trabalhos, para mapear com fotos e v\u00eddeos diversas \u00e1reas e cruzar as informa\u00e7\u00f5es. Isso permitir\u00e1 a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o de detalhes das obras como pavimentos, piscinas e outras estruturas que incidem no c\u00e1lculo da contribui\u00e7\u00e3o.\u201d, explica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Opera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A primeira fase da opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 o cruzamento da base de dados da Receita Federal, com informa\u00e7\u00f5es prestadas pelos munic\u00edpios e por cart\u00f3rios de registro imobili\u00e1rio. At\u00e9 o momento, a Delegacia j\u00e1 notificou 800 propriet\u00e1rios de im\u00f3veis selecionados por cruzamento de dados. A partir dessa fase, tamb\u00e9m aqueles contribuintes que sequer deram entrada na documenta\u00e7\u00e3o da obra nas prefeituras poder\u00e3o ser investigados.<\/p>\n<p>Em complemento ao trabalho em campo, por meio de ferramentas modernas de minera\u00e7\u00e3o de dados e vest\u00edgios encontrados em redes sociais diversas, espera-se identificar incoer\u00eancias nos dados declarados \u00e0 Receita Federal, sugerindo sonega\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal e lavagem de dinheiro.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00e9 o fim de 2017, Renato conta que a expectativa \u00e9 que a Receita recolha R$ 10 milh\u00f5es n\u00e3o s\u00f3 com a den\u00fancia e cobran\u00e7a das irregularidades mas, tamb\u00e9m, com a auto-regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cQueremos alertar as pessoas que t\u00eam um im\u00f3vel irregular que ainda d\u00e1 tempo de fazer a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o. Fa\u00e7am o quanto antes pois n\u00f3s vamos atr\u00e1s dessa contribui\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, afirma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O dinheiro arrecadado durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 encaminhado para os cofres p\u00fablicos. Parte dele volta para o munic\u00edpio e, segundo o auditor, a popula\u00e7\u00e3o deve fazer o restante do valor chegar onde \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio. \u201c\u00c9 poss\u00edvel construir escolas, melhorar o ensino, aumentar o n\u00famero de postos de sa\u00fade, etc. S\u00e3o realizadas diversas audi\u00eancias p\u00fablicas para discutir a destina\u00e7\u00e3o desse valor, a popula\u00e7\u00e3o precisa comparecer.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Os mun\u00edcipes das cidades da Baixada Santista e Vale do Ribeira que t\u00eam im\u00f3veis em situa\u00e7\u00e3o irregular e querem resolver o problema, podem entrar no site da Receita Federal, no campo \u2018Onde Encontro\u2019, sob o t\u00edtulo \u2018Constru\u00e7\u00e3o Civil\u2019, ou ir at\u00e9 um dos postos de atendimento da Receita.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 bom que os propriet\u00e1rios realizem a autorregulariza\u00e7\u00e3o pois, na segunda fase da opera\u00e7\u00e3o, a Receita Federal intimar\u00e1 aqueles que n\u00e3o regularizarem sua situa\u00e7\u00e3o, sujeitando-se \u00e0 exig\u00eancia da contribui\u00e7\u00e3o previdenci\u00e1ria e\/ou imposto de renda devidos, acrescido de multa de of\u00edcio entre 75% e 225%.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Fonte<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.printfriendly.com\/print?source=homepage&amp;url_s=uGGCF_~_PdN_~_PcS_~_PcStbmtyBoBmpBz_~_PcSFC_~_PcSFnAGBF-ErtvnB_~_PcSABGvpvn_~_PcSBCrEnpnB-qn-ErprvGn-srqrEny-pnpn-BoEnF-qr-pBAFGEHpnB-pvIvy-vEErtHynErFmtuGzy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Portal G1<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Imagem:<\/strong> Pr\u00e9dios em constru\u00e7\u00e3o na Ponta da Praia, em Santos (SP).
