Com esse montante que n\u00e3o entra nos cofres da Uni\u00e3o, seria poss\u00edvel, por exemplo, construir milhares de postos de sa\u00fade equipados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os bancos p\u00fablicos e privados permanecem no topo da lista de institui\u00e7\u00f5es devedoras da Uni\u00e3o. S\u00e3o R$ 124 bilh\u00f5es que, se pagos, aliviariam o rombo nas contas p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os sonegadores est\u00e3o sob a mira da Procuradoria-Geral da Fazenda Nacional que, assim como outros \u00f3rg\u00e3os, est\u00e1 sucateada, com sistemas informatizados inoperantes e falta de pessoal.
