A gest\u00e3o e otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades e processos fiscais, com valida\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00e9vias e cumprimento da entrega das obriga\u00e7\u00f5es fiscais no prazo, evita autua\u00e7\u00f5es fiscais.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hoje, a prioridade em termos de gest\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria \u00e9 o correto pagamento dos tributos e a entrega das obriga\u00e7\u00f5es, ou seja, o compliance<\/i>. Essa relev\u00e2ncia \u00e9 maior, inclusive, do que a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00f4nus tribut\u00e1rio, que est\u00e1 relacionado ao planejamento tribut\u00e1rio.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00e3o h\u00e1 d\u00favida de que, do ponto de vista tribut\u00e1rio e fiscal, manter uma empresa no Brasil \u00e9 uma tarefa de alta complexidade. S\u00e3o aproximadamente\u00a090 tributos e dezenas de obriga\u00e7\u00f5es acess\u00f3rias. Al\u00e9m disso, estima-se que s\u00e3o publicados diariamente mais de 50 atos legais relativos \u00e0 legisla\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria. Para al\u00e9m do pr\u00f3prio peso dos tributos, todo o processo relativo \u00e0 apura\u00e7\u00e3o, ao c\u00e1lculo e ao pagamento de impostos e contribui\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9, por si s\u00f3, complexo. Exige o envolvimento de todo um conjunto de profissionais, implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas e atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o constante dos departamentos respons\u00e1veis por estes processos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00e3o \u00e9 para menos. Dados do estudo Doing Business<\/b> [http:\/\/www.doingbusiness.org\/data\/exploreeconomies\/brazil#paying-taxes<\/span><\/a><\/span>], elaborado pelo Banco Mundial, indicam que para darem conta de todo o processo de apura\u00e7\u00e3o e pagamento de impostos, as empresas brasileiras levam em m\u00e9dia 2.038 horas por ano, o que representa mais de dez vezes a m\u00e9dia mundial.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Um fator interessante de ser notado \u00e9 no que diz respeito \u00e0 sofistica\u00e7\u00e3o dos meios de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, sobretudo ap\u00f3s o advento do Sped (Sistema P\u00fablico de Escritura\u00e7\u00e3o Digital) e da moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o dos processos fiscalizat\u00f3rios. Entretanto, este aprimoramento n\u00e3o caminhou em conjunto com a desburocratiza\u00e7\u00e3o e simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema tribut\u00e1rio brasileiro.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do Fisco atrav\u00e9s do projeto Sped permitiu um maior poder de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, que em tempos de dificuldades financeiras dos estados, torna ferramenta fundamental para aumento de arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Por outro lado, a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital nas empresas, al\u00e9m de outros aspectos, envolve a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de ferramentas anal\u00edticas capazes de analisar um volume variado de informa\u00e7\u00f5es (ex. big data) de forma a transform\u00e1-los em conhecimento para os neg\u00f3cios, subsidiando a tomada de decis\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, servi\u00e7os de computa\u00e7\u00e3o em nuvem s\u00e3o as molas propulsoras para desbravarem a era digital de forma competitiva.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Diante deste cen\u00e1rio, os parceiros de tecnologia devem proporcionar benef\u00edcios que venham a otimizar os processos fiscais e um menor gasto de tempo no atendimento \u00e0s apura\u00e7\u00f5es de impostos e obriga\u00e7\u00f5es acess\u00f3rias, assim como minimizar os riscos, gerando de melhoria continua das entregas das empresas ao Fisco.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00e3o menos importante, a empatia \u00e9 fundamental para o entendimento das necessidades reais da jornada do usu\u00e1rio, conectando-os de maneira harm\u00f4nica a esta nova realidade, repleta de termos, aspectos e tecnologias que, certamente, trar\u00e3o ganhos exponenciais de produtividade.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Pela atual conjuntura brasileira, as empresas, cada vez mais, buscam a otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o de seus processos para permitir transformar o Capex (despesas de capital) em Opex (despesas operacionais), reduzindo custos de infraestrutura e suporte interno aliados a servi\u00e7os que promovam uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o de empatia entre fornecedor, aplica\u00e7\u00e3o e usu\u00e1rio, ou seja, que forne\u00e7am todo o ferramental para que as empresas foquem em seus neg\u00f3cios.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A gest\u00e3o e otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades e processos fiscais com valida\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00e9vias e cumprimento da entrega das obriga\u00e7\u00f5es fiscais no prazo evita o pagamento de multa e juros e, ou autua\u00e7\u00f5es fiscais, assim como possibilita um maior foco no neg\u00f3cio com apoio na an\u00e1lise das informa\u00e7\u00f5es tribut\u00e1rias, que deve ser realizada em uma base \u00fanica de informa\u00e7\u00f5es.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
