As novas instru\u00e7\u00f5es normativas em vigor, de n\u00fameros 34 e 35, disp\u00f5em sobre o arquivamento de atos de empresas, sociedades ou cooperativas e discorrem sobre o arquivamento dos atos de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o, incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o, fus\u00e3o e cis\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino,serif; font-size: 14px;\">J\u00e1 as normas 36 e 38 tratam sobre o enquadramento, reenquadramento e desenquadramento de microempresa e empresa de pequeno porte, e atualizam manuais de registro, respectivamente. As mudan\u00e7as realizadas pelo \u00f3rg\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m inclu\u00edram a revoga\u00e7\u00e3o das instru\u00e7\u00f5es de n\u00fameros 10 e 13, atualizadas pelas orienta\u00e7\u00f5es 38 e 34,
