A obra apresenta abaixo de cada artigo da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal uma s\u00e9rie de julgados relativos \u00e0 tem\u00e1tica abordada no dispositivo.<\/p>\n<p>Os interessados podem fazer o <i>download<\/i> da obra completa ou realizar pesquisa por tema ou artigo. Por exemplo, ao pesquisar pelas palavras \u201cdignidade da pessoa humana\u201d o usu\u00e1rio encontrar\u00e1 associados ao inciso III, do artigo 1\u00ba da Carta Magna, julgados que tiveram como tema esse princ\u00edpio constitucional. Um deles \u00e9 a Proposta de S\u00famula Vinculante 57, ocasi\u00e3o em que foi aprovada a S\u00famula Vinculante 56, segundo a qual \u201ca falta de estabelecimento penal adequado n\u00e3o autoriza a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do condenado em regime prisional mais gravoso, devendo-se observar, nessa hip\u00f3tese, os par\u00e2metros fixados no RE 641.320\/RS\u201d. O enunciado foi aprovado na sess\u00e3o plen\u00e1ria realizada em 29 de junho de 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Na sess\u00e3o de direitos e garantias fundamentais, est\u00e3o relacionados v\u00e1rios julgamentos relevantes que\u00a0debateram o direito \u00e0 vida, \u00e0 liberdade, \u00e0 igualdade, \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a ou \u00e0 propriedade.
