Receita cobra mais de R$ 10 bilh\u00f5es de envolvidos em corrup\u00e7\u00e3o na Lava Jato.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Uma for\u00e7a-tarefa da Receita Federal j\u00e1 autuou 107 contribuintes pilhados em atos de corrup\u00e7\u00e3o na Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Lava Jato. S\u00e3o 64 empresas e 43 pessoas f\u00edsicas. Juntas, as autua\u00e7\u00f5es somam R$ 10,1 bilh\u00f5es. A cifra inclui Imposto de Renda e CSLL, al\u00e9m de multa de 150% e juros sobre os tributos devidos. As empreiteiras amargaram a maior parte das autua\u00e7\u00f5es. Das 64 empresas fisgadas pelo fisco, 53 s\u00e3o empreiteiras. Respondem por R$ 8 bilh\u00f5es das penalidades. As informa\u00e7\u00f5es foram veiculadas nesta quarta-feira pelo jornal Valor.<\/p>\n

A Receita tamb\u00e9m chamou para prestar esclarecimentos 17 bancos e corretoras de valores. Esses contribuintes est\u00e3o sendo tratados como respons\u00e1veis solid\u00e1rios pelas infra\u00e7\u00f5es fiscais. Considera-se que facilitaram e promoveram, por exemplo, remessas ilegais de dinheiro para o exterior.<\/p>\n

Integram a for\u00e7a-tarefa 80 auditores fiscais. Trabalham h\u00e1 dois anos, desde 2014. O trabalho deve ser conclu\u00eddo at\u00e9 o final de 2017. Al\u00e9m dos R$ 10,1 bilh\u00f5es j\u00e1 lan\u00e7ados, a expectativa \u00e9 que as a\u00e7\u00f5es do fisco gerem mais R$ 5 bilh\u00f5es em autua\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

O lan\u00e7amento do d\u00e9bito n\u00e3o significa que o dinheiro ser\u00e1 integralmente recolhido aos cofres do Tesouro. V\u00e1rias empresas j\u00e1 recorreram administrativamente contra as autua\u00e7\u00f5es. Acionada, a Procuradoria-Geral da Fazenda Nacional pede na Justi\u00e7a o bloqueio dos bens dos envolvidos. O fisco vai entrar na fila.<\/p>\n
