O texto \u00e9 oriundo do substitutivo ao\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www25.senado.leg.br\/web\/atividade\/materias\/-\/materia\/123060\">PLC 125\/2015<\/a>,\u00a0aprovado\u00a0pelo Senado em\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www12.senado.leg.br\/noticias\/materias\/2016\/06\/28\/senado-conclui-votacao-do-supersimples\">junho<\/a>, depois de dez meses de discuss\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Criado em 2006, o Supersimples tem o objetivo de facilitar o recolhimento de tributos pelos pequenos e microempres\u00e1rios. Com as mudan\u00e7as, o limite para a microempresa ser inclu\u00edda no programa passa dos atuais R$ 360 mil anuais para R$ 900 mil. J\u00e1 o teto das empresas de pequeno porte passa de R$ 3,6 milh\u00f5es anuais para R$ 4,8 milh\u00f5es por ano.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">A nova vers\u00e3o da lei tamb\u00e9m amplia de 60 para 120 presta\u00e7\u00f5es o prazo para pagamento de d\u00edvidas tribut\u00e1rias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">A nova lei cria ainda a figura do \u201cinvestidor-anjo\u201d para ajudar as\u00a0<i>start-ups<\/i>(empresas que iniciam atividades inovadoras) a obterem aportes para colocar seus produtos no mercado.
