Toshiba enfrenta a\u00e7\u00f5es de 45 acionistas por esc\u00e2ndalo cont\u00e1bil.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Desde 2015, quando admitiu a altera\u00e7\u00e3o de seus demonstrativos financeiros entre 2008 e 2014, o grupo coleciona lit\u00edgios<\/p>\n

O conglomerado japon\u00eas Toshiba anunciou que novas a\u00e7\u00f5es foram apresentadas contra a empresa por um grupo de 45 acionistas, principalmente investidores institucionais estrangeiros. Ele se dizem prejudicados pelas falsifica\u00e7\u00f5es de contas reveladas no ano passado pelo grupo.<\/p>\n

Os reclamantes pedem pagamentos por \u201cperdas e danos no valor 16,65 bilh\u00f5es de ienes (145 milh\u00f5es de euros) pelo preju\u00edzo provocado pelas irregularidades cont\u00e1beis da empresa\u201d, afirma um comunicado da Toshiba. A empresa enfrenta outras 15 den\u00fancias por um total de 15,28 bilh\u00f5es de ienes.<\/p>\n

Em 2015, a Toshiba admitiu em 2015 que havia alterado suas contas durante os anos fiscais de 2008 a 2014. desde ent\u00e3o, o grupo se recupera lentamente dessas fraudes, depois de demitir os executivos envolvidos e sacrificar v\u00e1rias atividades.<\/p>\n

Hisao Tanaka, ent\u00e3o presidente da companhia, renunciou ao cargo em julho do ano passado por causa do esc\u00e2ndalo. Ele e outros funcion\u00e1rios ampliaram artificialmente os lucros da empresa em 1,2 bilh\u00e3o de d\u00f3lares ao longo de sete anos.<\/p>\n
