Um dos objetivos \u00e9 combater fraudes no uso de cr\u00e9ditos tribut\u00e1rios, que est\u00e3o sendo usados por empresas como meio de sonega\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Receita Federal deflagrou uma s\u00e9rie de a\u00e7\u00f5es para reprimir irregularidades e fraudes no pagamento de tributos, praticadas sobretudo por grandes empresas. A expectativa com essas a\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 recuperar R$ 16,8 bilh\u00f5es, sem contar multas e juros. Em agosto, o aumento substancial no uso das chamadas \u201ccompensa\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d para abater d\u00edvidas tribut\u00e1rias \u2013 pr\u00e1tica que anula o d\u00e9bito sem que haja efetivamente ingresso de dinheiro nos cofres da Uni\u00e3o \u2013 acendeu o sinal de alerta e motivou a opera\u00e7\u00e3o do Fisco.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Um grupo especial foi criado para efetuar uma \u201can\u00e1lise de risco\u201d dessas compensa\u00e7\u00f5es, cruzando informa\u00e7\u00f5es das declara\u00e7\u00f5es de cr\u00e9dito tribut\u00e1rio com notas fiscais e dados das escritura\u00e7\u00f5es das empresas.
