{"id":4190,"date":"2016-04-20T06:44:36","date_gmt":"2016-04-20T09:44:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/?p=4190"},"modified":"2016-04-20T06:44:36","modified_gmt":"2016-04-20T09:44:36","slug":"mei-podera-usar-residencia-como-sede-do-estabelecimento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2016\/04\/20\/mei-podera-usar-residencia-como-sede-do-estabelecimento\/","title":{"rendered":"MEI poder\u00e1 usar resid\u00eancia como sede do estabelecimento"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A rec\u00e9m editada Lei Complementar 154\/2016, que alterou a Lei Complementar n\u00ba 123\/2006, passou a permitir que o MEI utilize a residencia como sede do neg\u00f3cio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LEI COMPLEMENTAR N\u00ba 154, DE 18 DE ABRIL DE 2016<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Acrescenta \u00a7 25 ao art. 18-A da Lei Complementar n\u00ba 123<\/strong>, de 14 de dezembro de 2006, para permitir ao microempreendedor individual utilizar sua resid\u00eancia como sede do estabelecimento.<\/p>\n<p>A PRESIDENTA DA REP\u00daBLICA Fa\u00e7o saber que o Congresso Nacional decreta e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei Complementar:<\/p>\n<p>Art. 1\u00ba O art. 18-A da Lei Complementar n\u00ba 123, de 14 de dezembro de 2006, passa a vigorar acrescido do seguinte \u00a7 25:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Art. 18-A. &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u00a7 25.
