Alguns espa\u00e7os desocupados est\u00e3o sendo utilizadas como mostru\u00e1rio e dep\u00f3sito de mercadorias das lojas que ainda resistem abertas.\u00a0Lojistas, consumidores, e queda na arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o do munic\u00edpio e do Estado, todos perdem!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Um\u00a0novo shopping center est\u00e1 em constru\u00e7\u00e3o na cidade, bem maior do que o atual, localizado em zona nobre v\u00ea sua inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o adiada a cada dia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A crise est\u00e1 por toda parte, conforme mostra esta mat\u00e9ria do Estad\u00e3o de ontem (03\/04\/2016)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>Novos shoppings abertos no Pa\u00eds t\u00eam quase metade das lojas fechadas<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uma nova categoria de shopping centers se espalhou pelo Pa\u00eds nos \u00faltimos anos, com pra\u00e7as de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o vazias e tapumes no lugar de vitrines. S\u00e3o os shoppings \u201cfantasmas\u201d. Hoje, quase metade das lojas dos empreendimentos novos, inaugurados a partir de 2012, est\u00e1 fechada. Se considerados todos os 498 shoppings centers em opera\u00e7\u00e3o, o n\u00famero de unidades vagas chega a 12,2 mil.
