Receita Federal baixa a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 1.627 de 11 de mar\u00e7o de 2016 (confira aqui<\/a>), que disp\u00f5e sobre o Regime Especial de Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o Cambial e Tribut\u00e1ria (RERCT). Ela tem por objetivo a declara\u00e7\u00e3o volunt\u00e1ria de recursos, bens ou direitos de origem l\u00edcita, n\u00e3o declarados ou declarados incorretamente, remetidos ou mantidos no exterior ou repatriados por residentes ou domiciliados no Pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n
