O julgamento foi interrompido e ser\u00e1 retomado na semana que vem, com os votos dos quatro ministros que ainda n\u00e3o votaram.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At\u00e9 o momento, votaram a favor de continuidade do acesso os ministros Edson Fachin, Lu\u00eds Roberto Barroso, Teori Zavascki, Rosa Weber e Dias Toffoli. Somente o ministro Marco Aur\u00e9lio votou pela inconstitucionalidade da norma, por entender que o compartilhamento dos dados entre o Fisco e as institui\u00e7\u00f5es banc\u00e1rias trata-se de quebra de sigilo fiscal.<em> \u201cNo Brasil pressup\u00f5e-se que todos sejam salafr\u00e1rios, at\u00e9 que se prove o contr\u00e1rio. A quebra de sigilo n\u00e3o pode ser manipulada de forma arbitr\u00e1ria pelo poder p\u00fablico\u201d<\/em>, disse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Receita Federal defende o acesso aos dados fiscais para combater a sonega\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal. De acordo com o \u00f3rg\u00e3o, o acesso a informa\u00e7\u00f5es banc\u00e1rias junto do Banco Central e \u00e0s institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras n\u00e3o \u00e9 feito de forma discriminada e ocorre somente nos casos estabelecidos pela lei.
