O projeto vai catalogar, sistematizar e automatizar as auditorias fiscais por meio de uma ferramenta anal\u00edtica de dados. Toda a reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o dos sistemas de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 sendo realizada com recursos do Programa de Apoio a Gest\u00e3o do Brasil (Profisco), pela empresa NT Consult que venceu a licita\u00e7\u00e3o para executar o desenvolvimento do projeto.<\/p>\n<p>O projeto est\u00e1 dividido nos m\u00f3dulos Planejamento e Execu\u00e7\u00e3o da Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, <strong>Dossi\u00ea Eletr\u00f4nico e Painel de Bordo<\/strong> e, por \u00faltimo, Previs\u00e3o da Arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o. A primeira etapa ser\u00e1 conclu\u00edda em junho, quando a ferramenta anal\u00edtica de dados entrar\u00e1 em produ\u00e7\u00e3o, conforme o superintendente de Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da Sefaz, Eliel Barros Pinheiro.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Hoje j\u00e1 temos essa ferramenta, instalada pela equipe de Tecnologia da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o, que vai auxiliar no planejamento e na elei\u00e7\u00e3o dos alvos de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o destacando, entre os contribuintes mato-grossenses, aqueles com comportamento de sonega\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal. Ou seja, que est\u00e3o fora da m\u00e9dia em alguns indicadores de irregularidade fiscal que a equipe de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o elegeu. A ferramenta tamb\u00e9m auxiliar\u00e1 nas auditorias nesses contribuintes&#8221;<\/em>, explica.<\/p>\n<p>O objetivo do projeto \u00e9 recuperar o imposto sonegado por meio da constitui\u00e7\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito, de acordo com o superintendente. Mas, al\u00e9m disso, ressalta que o principal intuito da Secretaria de Fazenda, com o efeito da fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 provocar a mudan\u00e7a no comportamento de sonega\u00e7\u00e3o e fazer com que o contribuinte passe a cumprir voluntariamente suas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es tribut\u00e1rias.<em> &#8220;Nossa expectativa \u00e9 melhorar a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o desses comportamentos, otimizar a auditoria fiscal e tornar a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o mais presente, mais focada e mais atuante, de forma a alcan\u00e7ar o maior n\u00famero de contribuintes e ter maior recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de impostos sonegados&#8221;<\/em>, salienta Eliel.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o do primeiro m\u00f3dulo, o projeto ser\u00e1 focado no estudo dos indicadores e nas rotinas eletr\u00f4nicas de auditoria.
