Normalmente, os fundadores t\u00eam um apego emocional muito forte ao neg\u00f3cio e acreditam que ningu\u00e9m cuidar\u00e1 t\u00e3o bem da empresa como eles. Nem os pr\u00f3prios filhos. Mas um dia a hora de transferir os poderes acaba chegando, seja por conta de crescimento acelerado, doen\u00e7a na fam\u00edlia ou mesmo falecimento.<\/p>\n<p>E a\u00ed, se a sucess\u00e3o n\u00e3o for feita com planejamento e em etapas, pode causar grande trauma para o sucessor, a sua fam\u00edlia, os funcion\u00e1rios, clientes e fornecedores. E \u00e9 justamente isso o que constantemente ocorre nas empresas brasileiras.<\/p>\n<p>Um bom planejamento de transfer\u00eancia de poderes inicia-se com a busca pelo sucessor. Este deve possuir uma identifica\u00e7\u00e3o com a cultura da empresa, com seus valores e desejar ocupar tal posi\u00e7\u00e3o. Pode ser da fam\u00edlia ou n\u00e3o. \u00c9 important\u00edssimo que o sucessor conhe\u00e7a muito bem todos os processos da empresa e o seu planejamento futuro.<\/p>\n<p>O sucessor deve conhecer a equipe, com os pontos fortes e fracos dos funcion\u00e1rios.
