Bahia simplifica recolhimento de ICMS para atrair centrais farmac\u00eauticas<\/em>
\nCom o objetivo de estimular a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de centrais de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o farmac\u00eautica na Bahia, reduzindo custos operacionais e administrativos, o Governo do Estado simplificou a apura\u00e7\u00e3o do ICMS, estabelecendo que o recolhimento do imposto nesses casos ser\u00e1 feito por antecipa\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria de forma concentrada, ao inv\u00e9s de ser apurado em cada ponto de venda. O incentivo previsto no decreto vale para redes de farm\u00e1cias, drogarias e casas de produtos naturais.<\/em><\/p>\n

De acordo com o secret\u00e1rio da Fazenda, Manoel Vit\u00f3rio, a medida complementa, no \u00e2mbito tribut\u00e1rio, as vantagens log\u00edsticas trazidas para as redes pela implanta\u00e7\u00e3o das centrais. “A centraliza\u00e7\u00e3o reduz os gastos adicionais com o recolhimento do imposto nos pontos de venda, facilitando a gest\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria por parte das empresas e tamb\u00e9m simplificando o trabalho do Fisco”, observa.<\/em><\/p>\n
