“Desde o in\u00edcio da informatiza\u00e7\u00e3o do Fisco brasileiro, in\u00fameras oportunidades de ganhos financeiros, bem como melhorias nos processos das empresas t\u00eam se apresentado. As novas tecnologias fiscais trouxeram ao Fisco brasileiro uma capacidade inigual\u00e1vel de acompanhamento dos contribuintes. Hoje, o jeitinho brasileiro, que era utilizado pelas empresas para manter seus processos inalterados e muitas vezes ludibriar o ente fiscalizador, torna-se invi\u00e1vel. Diante deste cen\u00e1rio, que foi refor\u00e7ado com o advento do projeto SPED, as empresas viram-se obrigadas a desenvolver seus sistemas para atendimento de todas estas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es fiscais, por\u00e9m muitas delas n\u00e3o abriram m\u00e3o de melhorias em seus processos. Vale lembrar que, o advento do SPED n\u00e3o foi apenas a imposi\u00e7\u00e3o pelo Fisco de mais uma obriga\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal, mas sim uma proposta de mudan\u00e7a de cultura dentro das companhias, tornando suas opera\u00e7\u00f5es e processos mais aderentes \u00e0 Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o”.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
