A revista exame publicou mat\u00e9ria mostrando que faltou aos investidores da BRA observar a falta de transpar\u00eancia da empresa em n\u00e3o publicar demonstra\u00e7\u00f5es cont\u00e1beis completas, e n\u00e3o fazerem uma an\u00e1lise adequada da rentabilidade e endividamento da companhia. <\/span><\/p>\n

Diz o artigo que \u201ca primeira falha foi a rapidez com que a BRA foi avaliada — passaram-se apenas dez meses entre o primeiro encontro dos fundos com os s\u00f3cios da empresa e a assinatura formal do contrato, a maior parte do tempo consumida n\u00e3o numa an\u00e1lise aprofundada do neg\u00f3cio, mas em revis\u00f5es de cl\u00e1usulas do contrato.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n

A reportagem traz ainda o depoimento de Cristiano Gioia, diretor do AIG Capital, investidora na Gol, que levou um ano e meio dentro da companhia antes de decidir investir, ele diz que “essa an\u00e1lise aprofundada \u00e9 importante numa ind\u00fastria dif\u00edcil como a de avia\u00e7\u00e3o, em que h\u00e1 pouca margem para erros porque os ativos s\u00e3o caros, e os custos fixos, como combust\u00edvel e leasing, s\u00e3o altos.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Um dos motivos que afastaram alguns fundos de investimento da BRA, segundo a reportagem foi o fato da companhia dar preju\u00edzos, e nunca haver publicado um balan\u00e7o completo que pudesse dar mais pistas sobre sua real situa\u00e7\u00e3o financeira, al\u00e9m de problemas de gest\u00e3o conforme apurado pela reportagem.<\/span><\/p>\n
