{"id":2957,"date":"2007-11-26T12:23:00","date_gmt":"2007-11-26T12:23:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2007\/11\/26\/burocracia-tributaria\/"},"modified":"2007-11-26T12:23:00","modified_gmt":"2007-11-26T12:23:00","slug":"burocracia-tributaria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2007\/11\/26\/burocracia-tributaria\/","title":{"rendered":"Burocracia tribut\u00e1ria"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><\/span><span style=\";font-family:arial;font-size:100%;\"  ><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Empresas brasileiras s\u00e3o as que gastam mais tempo em burocracia com impostos<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:85%;\">PORTAL EXAME (Por Peri de Castro)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Horas necess\u00e1rias para atividades como c\u00e1lculo dos tributos e preenchimento de formul\u00e1rios empurraram o Brasil para o 137\u00ba lugar, em ranking que avaliou a simplicidade tribut\u00e1ria em 178 pa\u00edses<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">Em meio a 178 pa\u00edses, o Brasil \u00e9 aquele em que as empresas precisam gastar mais tempo em atividades como an\u00e1lise de documentos, preenchimento de formul\u00e1rios e estudos jur\u00eddicos para estar em ordem com suas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es tribut\u00e1rias, revela estudo divulgado nesta sexta-feira, pelo Banco Mundial, em parceria com a consultoria americana PricewaterhouseCoopers e a International Finance Corporation.<\/span><\/span>  <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: arial;font-family:arial;\" ><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">Intitulada &#8220;<i>Paying Taxes 2008<\/i>&#8220;, a pesquisa tamb\u00e9m aponta o tempo de trabalho consumido em meio aos meandros dos impostos como o fator que pesou mais negativamente para o Brasil se classificar em 137\u00ba lugar, num ranking de simplicidade do sistema tribut\u00e1rio, com os mesmos 178 pa\u00edses \u2013 quanto mais para baixo da lista, mais complexo \u00e9 o sistema daquele pa\u00eds. Al\u00e9m desse quesito foram avaliados a quantidade de impostos, item no qual o Brasil ficou em 24\u00ba lugar, e o custo total desses tributos, avalia\u00e7\u00e3o na qual o pa\u00eds ficou 158\u00ba posto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: arial;font-family:arial;\" ><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">(&#8230;)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: arial;font-family:arial;\" ><span style=\"font-size:100%;\"><b>ICMS \u00e9 exemplo de complica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><\/span> <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: arial;font-family:arial;\" ><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">Uma das caracter\u00edsticas que acabam por prolongar o tempo gasto no cumprimento da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria \u00e9 o grande n\u00famero de diferen\u00e7as no pagamento dos impostos estaduais, como o ICMS (Impostos sobre Circula\u00e7\u00e3o de Mercadorias e Servi\u00e7os), configurado com al\u00edquotas e processos de c\u00e1lculo diferentes ao redor do pa\u00eds.
