Dos 38 casos em que foi analisado se havia ou n\u00e3o repercuss\u00e3o geral, ou seja, se seria de interesse da sociedade que aquele tema fosse analisado pelo Supremo, apenas 9 (26%) foram rejeitados pelos ministros da Corte. Entre os 29 casos (74%) considerados de repercuss\u00e3o geral, 12 s\u00e3o de quest\u00f5es tribut\u00e1rias e nove, de administrativas, que podem gerar grande impacto para os contribuintes em geral e para as empresas.<\/p>\n<p>Quando o tema \u00e9 considerado de repercuss\u00e3o geral, todos os processos semelhantes s\u00e3o paralisados nos demais tribunais at\u00e9 que haja uma decis\u00e3o definitiva da Corte suprema.
