Com a not\u00edcia, as a\u00e7\u00f5es da companhia dispararam na Bolsa de Valores de S\u00e3o Paulo (Bovespa) e fecharam o dia em alta &#8211; de 7,67% no caso dos pap\u00e9is ordin\u00e1rios e de 5,62% nos preferenciais.<\/p>\n<p>Em nota, a CVM diz considerar &#8220;prejudicial a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre companhias abertas por pessoas que n\u00e3o fa\u00e7am parte da sua administra\u00e7\u00e3o ou que n\u00e3o sejam seus porta-vozes. Especialmente se forem informa\u00e7\u00f5es com potencial de influenciar os pre\u00e7os das a\u00e7\u00f5es negociadas no mercado e a decis\u00e3o dos investidores de comprar ou vender&#8221;. A autarquia acrescenta que esse tipo de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o de fatos relevantes deve ser feito pela companhia, utilizando os canais oficiais de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com a CVM e com o mercado. E completa: em se tratando de proje\u00e7\u00f5es, h\u00e1 a necessidade de atribuir probabilidade aos eventos previstos, com base nos dados dispon\u00edveis para permitir a correta forma\u00e7\u00e3o de pre\u00e7os.
